As soon as we walked into the room, there were several roaches on the wall. The beds were hard as a rock and the pillows were crusty and musty smelling like 100 people have used them and they still hadn't been cleaned. Wash cloth turned yellow when it was wet.

Good breakfast offered, very clean and spacious rooms, nothing within walking distance

Bathroom sink leaked and water ran on cold continually blankets and comforter had cigarette burns. Mattress hard as a rock. Would never stay there again.

The hotel was quite nice for the price paid. The hotel staff on the other hand was not friendly, helpful or attentive at all but the room was good and was a perfect location for our trip.

Curtious staff, friendly, clean rooms, would have liked another chair, one chair per room was not enough for two people staying there

Great staff, the breakfast did not really have anything for diabetics. Had got water problems. They did change rooms because of it.

Room was comfortable an clean, which was all I needed.

Good rooms, need more items in the continental breakfast. Had an ant problem in the room, but they took care of the problem quickly.

The room was comfortable except the tub was dirty and there was no stopper in the sink - you could see hair and stuff inside the hole - it was not a pleasant sight.

I was a little dissapointed in the state of the room that I stayed in while here. A few things to note: The TV was an old "tube" TV ... I havent been in a hotel with a Tube tv in years. The bed cover had a hole worn in it, and there was damage to the wall (hole in the wall), and I found a "silverfish" crawling around on the wall on the day I was leaving. None of this made the hotel bad, just less than stellar.

I don't like to nit pick but it was just one little thing after another that left a bad taste about this place. First after seven trips to the US and at least 240 hotel nights I have NEVER been charged extra for a child using existing bedding. I did omit to add a child in the booking process but when I have done this in the past I have never been charged extra. The staff did not charge extra for a rollaway which made up for this and they were great at offering tourist advice. I don't care if there are minor issues with a room but the towel rack was falling off, the phone didnt work and we couldn't sleep at first because of some loud banging in the wall from something which also woke us in the morning. The staff were responsive but there were no other rooms and the best I got in the morning was sorry.

ok for a quick stop over. not some place i would stay at more than 1 night.

The desk manager was very helpful, facilities were very nice. Had dinner at Kingfish in Jeffersonville on the riverfront. A pleasant stay!

Looked a bit isolated but the location was still very convenient

As you drive up to the lobby entrance the landscaping is horrible, locals are renting the rooms monthly, and hanging out outside in the parking lot, the door lock is updated worth a Sim card! Other than that, stained carpet, discussing bedding, vanity falling off the wall, and the tub had black mold in the grout, which wiped right off of anyone was to actually clean in the room!

well, when I started to check out , the mgr argued with me about the difference n what i was told from hotel.com and him for a pet deposit. His exact words were EVERYBODY LIES!!!. He informed me that I signed a pet contract when I got there Sun , which I did not. He called the Police on me , and Informed them that , I Refused to Pay "my" bill. I told him that I would pay the $10 that I was told by Hotels.com that I would be charged. a pet fee of $10 per stay. She said that she is charging Linda Scott's Card 241, and some change, Which was from and pet deposit. He told me that I would deal with Police about the charge , not him. unless it was recorded. I informed him that i record All business calls!! Then he charged me tax on my pet deposit. Jeff was NICE except for dealing with this issue. And THEN, he MADE me out to be a LIAR!!!!

the rooms are clean bed is comfortable restroom is good breakfast is not as good as other chains I would stay there again

there was no shampoo, conditioner or body wash in the bathroom. Room was pretty clean and lots of restaurants were close by.
