Cons:

We booked the room last minute because our flight was so delayed getting into Fort Lauderdale and we were too exhausted to keep driving. booking.com would not allow us to book for the seventh when we realize it was after midnight so we booked our room for the eighth thinking that since it was after midnight, we could rest, but when we got there, the hotel claimed to be entirely booked, which I do question and refused to reimburse us or even give us a credit towards another night‘s stay. I called the next day and left a message, but no one has gotten back to me. It was over $200 that we lost and it just seemed to really crappy that neither booking.com nor the hotel was willing to reimburse us or even credit us to use at another time.

Pros:

Hotel usytuowany w miejscu,które jest fajną bazą wypadową do Everglades i Biscayne National Park.
Duże,czyste pokoje.
Obecność pralni.
Śniadania takie same jak we wszystkich Hamptonach USA,całkiem przyzwoite.
Z basenu nie korzystaliśmy, bo było zimno,więc na ten temat nie mogę się wypowiedzieć

O quarto era muito confortavel. As Camas eram boas e a comodidade de ter uma boa cafeteira no quarto foi um Plus.
