Lovely location with a short distance to the metro and the park.

Cons:

We had 2 rooms. One was fantastic and the other was just ok. Had a very musty smell.

Lokacija blizu metroa, jako lijep i miran kvart, čist hotel i lijepa atmosfera.
Pros:

Disgusting! Disappointing!
Pros:

It doesn't resemble the pictures at all. A 4-star hotel shouldn't be like this!
The carpets in the rooms were filthy!
There were body hairs on the ceiling in the bathroom! The cleanliness was appalling!
I will definitely complain to the ministry!
They were doing work in the room next to ours late at night.
They said they were doing it due to a technical problem. This is absolutely unacceptable!
The only good thing is the location!

The room curtains were disgusting! The glasses were filthy! There was a foul odor coming from the shower areas and shower drains! The carpets absolutely, positively need to be replaced!
