Greatest stay!
Pros:

The location was great,with plenty of dinning options within walking distance. Alexandra did a fantastic job with any questions and concerns I had. She was wonderful,very sweet and personable!

Older hotel, needs updates and maintenance
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for three nights in July while visiting family in the area. We have stayed here before and generally found it to be a convenient option, particularly because of its great location and the nearby restaurants within walking distance.

During this visit, however, the property seemed to need some updating and maintenance. The staff was friendly, but they were not able to fully resolve the issues we encountered. On our first day, we hoped to use the pool, but the water was green. The pool was closed shortly after, and it remained unavailable for the duration of our stay.

We also experienced a few other concerns:
• The toilet had a slow leak and refilled frequently.
• The complimentary internet was not reliable enough for remote access.
• The air-conditioner was difficult to regulate and was somewhat noisy.
• There was no in-room safe.

We appreciate the hotel’s location, but based on this stay, we will likely consider other options the next time we are in Conroe.

No staff in the building
Pros:

I am a guest at this hotel. I returned from dinner at 7:00pm to find more than a dozen people waiting to check in and there is no one at the front desk and for all I know, not a single employee in the building. I called the Hilton customer service number and was told they had to have my reservation number before this could be escalated, and was hung up on. The guests waiting to check in are calling the phone number and you can hear the phone ringing at the front desk with no one to answer. What happens if there is a serious emergency. Just call 911 I guess.

Enjoy our stay

We enjoy from that room was the space in the bathroom, the view, tv, and the bed.

Cons:

Wifi was shot, we couldn't use their wifi. We even go to the desk for help. It still won't work. Room electric went out several of time. We smelt something like electric burned but couldn't figure out what. AC work half time. Pillows was too soft so it wasn't comfortable. Room was not cleaned when we was out. The curtain can't be shut fully so there was a gap and it let the light through

Double charged!!

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good!

Cons:

Checking in was absolutely ridiculous! Front desk could not locate our booking.com reservation and had us use our credit card in order to check in. Promised that once the booking. Com was processed the credit card would not be charged. Well…we checked out and our receipt showed as our booking.com had been processed. Get home, check our credit card and BOTH have been processed. Called customer service, and they promised it would be resolved. Still NOT RESOLVED. Now we find several other complaints about Hilton Hotel…double charging. Need it done immediately.

To sum up our stay, I can only say we made a not too stay the next time we are in the area.
Pros:

The breakfast was good and included in the price. Which was very reasonable. The location was great, just off the freeway and surrounded by restaurants.
