Cons:

The shower head was coming out of the wall. Can't take a bath, only showers. Clerk told me to put a rag over the drain. Told the clerk I was going to see if I could found another hotel since functioning bathtubs weren't an option. He called the room 3 times to see when we were leaving. Then called my cellphone when my husband told him that I had run to the store and would let him know when I got back. Very rude and unconcerned that my 3 year old granddaughter couldn't take a bath the entire time we were in Biloxi. Never stay there again

Pros:

This is an older hotel that could use some cleaning up. There were a few areas in the room that could have been cleaner especially in the bathroom. There were stains on the carpet and the sofa. We had a king suite. The bed was comfortable. The hot breakfast was good as is usually the case with Comfort Suites. The areas in need of extra cleaning attention were pointed out at checkout and the attendant made note of such for the staff.

Great location and value for money
Pros:

It was in a really good location. Very close to the beach and the town proper. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The breakfast had a decent amount of options. The room was spacious and big.

Pros:

The location was perfect for our occasion. The breakfast bar has a small variety and is well worth its value. The hotel overall looked and smelled clean. Anything I brought up to staff was addressed immediately and resolved well.

Cons:

I don't like the room inspection process and feel that there should be people to inspect each room for defects. We had 2 issues that should have been caught before we got there. The first defect was obvious and addressed within an hour. The other wasn't noticed until we were leaving and staff were made aware.
