Room for money.
Pros:

The location was easy and amazing, quick access to everything. Layout of the apartment was good and massive size bed

Cons:

The staff could have educated us about the lifts and having to use certain ones. It was easy to figure out, the shower head doesn’t spray straight and needs to be fixed bad. It’s very hard to shower near impossible

Location is best feature.
Pros:

Location was great. Comfortable bed and pillows. Kitchen had all the essential crockery and cutlery.

Cons:

Although we opted not to have room serviced during our stay the coffee/tea/milk wasn't stocked for the length of our stay. Four people is an apartment with 2 teabags was a bit poor. Also spray marks over benchfronts and smudged windows was poor housekeeping.

Quick stop over
Pros:

The central location was perfect but then to see all the memorabilia and the way they have respected the past was fantastic. The pool area was great and the views of the city from the balcony were fantastic. We only stayed a night but l can see us coming back for a longer stay.

Cons:

The construction site is an unfortunate must. It won't last forever though, and although it was a bit unsightly it did not impact our stay.

Great location just a bit disappointed with the service

The check in process was terrible
Checked in for a 2 bedroom went to the room to discover second room locked called reception from my mobile as in room phone didn’t work they said they would send someone straight up after 2 hours went down and asked again reception said someone would come straight away. After another 2 hours which was now 7pm went down to reception again and they came straight up this was not good as we couldn’t even unpack and go for dinner. The only other issue was the aircon was set to 19 and we couldn’t change it went back down to reception they came up and looked at it told us just turn it off it’s now working properly it was not fixed the entire stay

Great spot to stay in the Brisbane CBD - close to everything!
Pros:

Great staff at reception. Room was ready ahead of time. Location is perfect!

Cons:

Bed was a little firm for me. Rooms are looking very tired, but they were clean.

Fabulous location, friendly staff and really nice room with space.
Pros:

The location is perfect with food options available right outside the venue. The staff were friendly and the hotel was very quiet. Really like staying here. Brisbane mall is about 3 minutes walk away.

Cons:

The taxi drop off was up the road due to the traffic parked on the side of the road and the roadworks for the Brisbane rail.

It was close to shops and restaurants

Cons:

I booked for 4 of us and stated I child and the rooms werent changed to accommodate and then we ended up having a trundle and then when they changed the bed they changed the wrong one - just a bit of miscommunication
