Extremely disappointed, would not recommend.

The only thing positive about this stay was the location

Cons:

The room did not look anything like the photos, the room was dirty, old and smelt like rubbish. The decor is out of date. We had booked 5 days and only two of those days our bed was made. Nothing was restocked until I had requested our bed and sheets to be changed. When paying the price we paid, it was super disappointing. Was one of the worst places I have ever stayed at.

Central location, noisy due to tunnel works else would stay again

Great location, super central. Sauna a treat.

Great location - accomodating staff/management.

Cons:

Our first room had a really strong odour, they were lovely and moved us into another room, however it was smaller and not the room we booked.
Just a bit dated, but for the price point it’s probably on par.
A bunch of my toiletries went missing and they couldn’t locate them? 🙃

Comfortable stay.
Pros:

The location was handy. The staff were super lovely and the room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was also really comfy and the curtains were block out and helped to keep the room very dark in the morning. Good for a one night stay.

Cons:

The visitors parking was absolutely terrible. Very confusing, steep and cramped and barely any parks. Also the parking cost per night is $45 which is crazy expensive for hotel parking.

The view from our room was pretty bad. Just looking at the carparks.

Dining chairs in our room definitely need replacing as they are all peeling.
