Very clean and comfortable , 2 bedroom apartment, and 2 x bathtooms my family loved ... The kitchen had all the basics anyone would want , and I absolutely loved it.
This is my 2 ND stay here with my family .I will surely return and recommend to any family travel..

Good value, centrally located accommodation.
Pros:

Spacious apartment, good location right in the city centre, pretty good value for money.

Cons:

Parking garage was difficult to navigate and didn’t seem to have many spaces available (we took the last space when we arrived and didn’t move our car for the duration of our stay - if we did I’d have been nervous about finding a park when we came back); spa pool was cold (but pool area was nice aside from that). It’s an unusual building and had a somewhat odd smell about it.

Wouldn’t book again.
Pros:

Good location however significant road/station works below that we weren’t aware of. Made it difficult to access the property and surrounds.

Cons:

Staff weren’t particularly helpful. Asked for help with our luggage as you can’t drop kerbside due to the roadworks and despite 3 staff members in the office no one would help us with our luggage or the trolley despite me standing a baby in a carrier and toddler close by.

Terrific location. Didn’t hear building noise from our room.
Pros:

Staff were super helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The bathroom wasn’t as clean as I’d expect. Mouldy shower and soap scum build up on shower screen.
A/c couldn’t be adjusted - super cold.
