Important information:

We are refurnishing the hotel and doing maintenance work in guest common areas until December 31st. Noises can be expected for 9 to 18 hr.

Note that guests must be over 18 years old in order to book. All guests under this age can only check-in with an adult.

Please note that starting July 1st, and based on Puerto Iguazu's bylaw #54/2015, please note that a local Ecotax of 1.5 USD, per person, per day, is not included on the fee.
It applies to all non-Misiones residents nor retired guests older than 12 years old, and can only amount to the charge of a 2-night stay. It will be payed to the hotel reception.

A very enjoyable stay with great views, excellent breakfast, and excellent value for money.
Pros:

We travelled as a family and stayed for four nights. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and felt the hotel offered excellent value for money. The location and views are wonderful.

The bathrooms appear to have been modernised and were very good. After moving to a lower floor the shower pressure was also much better.

Breakfast was excellent with a very generous selection. There were many teas, coffee, juices, cold cuts, cereals, delicious scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon pieces, vegetables, cakes and biscuits, along with local breakfast options.

The outdoor pool area was lovely with comfortable places to sit, a jacuzzi section and underwater loungers. There is also an indoor heated pool and jacuzzi which were excellent.

The rooftop bar offers magnificent views of the sunset and the meeting point of Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay

Cons:

Some parts of the hotel feel a little dated, particularly around the pool area where the water line could benefit from a deeper clean.

Spa treatments were inconsistent. Some were excellent while others were quite light and mediocre despite requesting a firmer massage. Even asking for the same treatment another member of the group had received did not result in the same experience, which seemed to depend on the therapist.

The hotel sometimes felt slightly understaffed. There was no pool service and the rooftop bar seemed underutilised despite the fantastic views.

Pros:

Красивая территория с большим бассейном (правда мелким по глубине), но поплавать можно, вода в бассейне было очень комфортной. Вид нашего номера выходил на бассейн, с балкона открывался великолепный вид на реку, мост, соединяющий Бразилию и Парагвай, т.е. отель находится на границе трех государств: Аргентины, Бразилии и Парагвая.

Cons:

Номера «уставшие», биде не работало, полотенца ветхие и постельное белье уже не белое)), но, вроде бы, чистые. Завтраки, по русским меркам, очень скудные, как в прочем и в других отелях Аргентины (много сладостей, а из соленных блюд - только скрымбл)

Amei estar ao lado do Marco das Três Fronteira e feirinha! Amei a estrutura que o hotel oferece! Pena não ter tido tempo

Infra estrutura do hotel magnífica! Amei os ambientes e as obras de arte! Adorei o cantinho da leitura! Cama e cobertor quentinhos!

Cons:

O café classifico como bom. Senti falta de mais variedades de sucos. O ar do quarto principal fica com o vento no rosto e não dá para tirar. O chuveiro não é excelente e a bica da pia espirra na roupa. Prefiro lixeiras que não precise da mão para abrir.

Das Frühstück ist absolut freudlos. Personal in dem Bereich desinterresiert. Früchte,Schinken und Käse werden lieblos in Gastro-Schalen direkt aus dem Kühlschrank dahingestellt.Rührei kalt. Im Zimmer keine Kaffemaschine.Wirklich schade. Denn die Lage ist top.

UN HOTEL DIGNO DE SER VISITADO
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó fue la atención del personal, la amabilidad, el respeto, etc. y por otro lado la ubicación del hotel que es excelente, cerca del centro, con transporte público en la puerta, si no vas en auto.
Hermosa la piscina, la limpieza, todo muy lindo.

Cons:

Cómo sugerencia más allá de que cenamos en el hotel y fuimos excelentemente atendidas, estaría bueno que tengan una opción all inclusive, no solo para contingentes.extranjeros.
