Good location close to a beautiful beach, old but decent hotel apart from studios on the ground fl.
Pros:

Hotel personnel were super helpful, though we weren’t the easiest guests, traveling with a 6-month old for the first time. Despite high season, they were able to offer an upgrade from studio to appartment. The location of a hotel is another strong side - it’s 10 min walk from a long and beautiful Cala Agulla beach (its remote part is one of the best spots on the island!)

Cons:

Avoid studios on the ground floor - these rooms are dark, wet, old, no view, no fresh air - you will not be able to open a window because there’s a million of mosquitos. Moving to a bigger apartment on the second floor saved our vacation, but the first week, accommodation-wise, was awful.

Other than that everything’s fine, just note that the hotel is old and definitely not a 4 star.

Siamo stati benissimo, luogo incantevole. Colazione ottima, peccato però che proibissero di potersi fare un panino da portare al mare. Personalmente a colazione non riesco a mangiare granché quindi non vedo cosa ci sia di male a farsi un panino. Non mi è mai successo in altre strutture anche di livello. Per il resto tutto molto bene

Die Lage ist ein absoluter Traum. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick, das war fantastisch. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbüffet bot meist eine große Auswahlt und man hatte vom Frühstücksraum einen tollen Blick auf Meer und Pool.
Der Wellnessbereich mit Sauna und Dampfbad etc. war sehr schön. Auch das Fitnessstudio erfüllte seinen Zweck.

Cons:

Wir waren in der letzten Woche der Saison da. Wir haben Verständnis dafür, dass z.B. Animation etc. nicht mehr angeboten wird (dann könnte man allerdingst auch die Ankündigung an der Pinnwand einfach abbauen).
Worüber wir uns geärgert haben war, dass in den letzten drei Tagen unseres Aufenthalts (was ja bei einer Woche Gesamtaufenthalt quasi die Hälfte ist), das Buffet merklich geschrumpft ist und teilweise qualitativ einfach nicht mehr dem Preis angemessen war (das Obst war teilweise schon gärig etc, das Rührei war grundsätzlich kalt). Eine Dame, die abgeräumt hat, hatte eine sehr dreckige Schürze an, das wirkte nicht sehr hygienisch.
Der Snackwagen auf der Terrasse war kein einziges Mal auf als wir da waren; das Spielzimmer für unser Kind war ebenfalls die letzten beiden Tage nicht mehr auf. Wir finden es enttäuschend, wenn einem durch diese Einschränkungen quasi das Gefühl gegeben wird, dass man doch jetzt bitte bald abzureisen hat.
Die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern war dem Niveau des Hotels nicht angemesssen. Es wurde grob gewischt, überall war noch Staub und Dreck. Einmal wurde das Sofabett unserer Tochter nicht neu bezogen, an einem anderen Tag hatten wir keine neuen Handtücher. Wir haben bei der Rezeption Bescheid gegeben und es wurde sich direkt darum gekümmert, vielen Dank.
Der Hotelflur war sauberkeitstechnisch ebenfalls eine Katastrophe. Wir hatten das Gefühl die letzten drei, vier Tage wurde fast gar nicht mehr geputzt, schade.
In der Lobby lagen ein paar Zeitschriften, die dermaßen speckig und kaputt waren, dass man sie auch hätte weg werfen und für ein paar Euro neue hätte kaufen können. Wenn man so etwas anbietet, sollten die Zeitschriften in Ordnung sein.

Food, facilities, staff, sauna, steam room, all were great. Minutes away from the beach.

Cons:

A bit too close to the heart of the action. I Like it quieter, but some will love this location for that reason.. It's just a personal choice.

Die Aussicht vom Pool übers Meer war das einzig schöne an dem Hotel

Cons:

Leider ist das Personal sehr unpersönlich alles sehr oberflächlich das kenne ich anders von einem 4 Sterne Hotel in Cala Ratjada.
