El trato del la recepcionista las preferencias que tienes con los clientes nos dijeron que no avía habitaciones disponibles que esperamos y llega otro persona y si le dieron habitación que porque eres cliente y yo era por primera ves y creo q está muy mal porque el dinero vale igual y no deberían hacer eso se vieron muy mal la la chica q estaba en recepción desde que llegamos estaba con mal genio nos quedamos porque ya estaba pagada sin nos hubiéramos ido la verdad mal servicio del personal
