Two bedroom suite very comfortable.
Lake view was lovely.
The pillows are hard and too high.
The room was cozy and clean. Kitchen supplies were awesome.
The room was near the No. 3 Hwy and was noisy with traffic.

Our room was wonderful. We received an upgrade to the 2 bedroom suite which was very much appreciated. The hot tub was fantastic. Staff were wonderful and friendly.
I feel for a hotel at this price point there should be a safe for valuables. Also, the second bedroom should have robes like the other bedroom.
The way the property is set up made for walks down very long hallways.
Also believe because of all the long hallways ice should be available in more locations.
We absolutely love staying here. This is our second time in the last few months. The location is excellent, the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. It was my partner’s 50th birthday and a family member had made a request to have things sent to our room which they did without any issues at all.
At first, I didn’t like where our room was located. It was close to the restaurant, but after being in the room for a bit, it didn’t bother us at all. So that was just me being picky. They were willing to move us and we decided to stay.
Bed was super comfortable
Pool was out of use and generally felt like guests were a bit of an inconvenience. There was nothing wrong as such and I’m sure in summer it could be lovely. Just very different to what was advertised.
Location is great as it's right in the middle of town. The rooms are clean spacious and well stocked with cutleries and kitchen appliances. Would be a great vacation spot for the whole family.
My wife said the water kettle is dirty. The bed is on the softer side.
Staff and location was great
5pm check in was late with 2 little kids. Wish they would have had bottled water with the active water advisory happening. No garbage cans in the bathrooms or robes in the room.
