Important information:

Please be advised that Watermark will be undergoing renovations to our main lobby, pool entrance foyer and all stairwells. This renovation project will commence on February 15th, 2022. The work will be occurring daily from 9am to 5pm predominately with some non-noisy work occurring pre/post these hours. The renovations will include but not limited to tile floor replacement, new paint, wallpaper, carpet and an overall refresh of the front desk and lobby fireplace.

As you can appreciate, this process will involve a degree of increased noise in these areas. This also means that the current lobby/front desk will be closed off and relocated to the Conference Center on the second floor of the resort and on Main Street as there will be no access to the old lobby, externally and internally. Access to the new temporary lobby will be from the 2nd floor guest hallways located half way down the hallway.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Scenic views and comfortable rooms, the hot tub is unbeatable!
Pros:

The size and layout of the hot tub was so nice for a late-winter soak, and the locker room facilities were clean and convenient. The steam room was an added bonus!

The suite we stayed in was comfortable and so much roomier than I expected. I loved our porch for a morning coffee (oh, also the provided coffee was delicious!).

Cons:

It would be nice to have an easier access point from the parking garages to the rooms - I'm not sure how you get to the elevators if you're disabled?

Dogs WELCOMED! Returning guests
Pros:

This was my second stay at The Watermark and it was even better than I remembered! I came with my dog both times and every time anyone sees my dog he is greeted and welcomed. Sometimes at dog friendly hotels its more "dogs tolerated" but at the watermark its "dogs welcomed" and the difference in vibe is huge. Internet was fast, bed was comfy, nice thick pillows, kitchenette in the studio suite was great, good views. Safe area! I felt totally safe taking the dog outside at night! 10/10 will be back for a 3rd time!

Nice facility with great staff!
Pros:

Outdoor hot tub over looking the lake. Great service at the restaurant.

Cons:

No room darkening blinds or curtains. The steam rooms are located separately in the men’s and women’s change rooms rather than a common area.

Great hotel, would deftinitely stay here again.
Pros:

Our room was really nice, large kitchen/table, nice seating/tv area, separate bedroom with comfortable bed, nice washroom. Even laundry facilities in the room! It had a really large, awesome deck but it was too cold out for us to stay out/enjoy it very much. The facilities were all really nice and good secure underground parking. Great location on the water and near the main street with lots of restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Not much negative to say really. Not super close to the lake if that is the main reason for your stay in Osoyoos.

Gute Lage, aber wir würden das Hotel nicht nochmal buchen.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war ruhig, mit Seeblick und einem Balkon. Es ist gross und man hat viel Platz. Es gibt ein Parking für grosse/hohe Autos.

Cons:

Die Betten und das Sofa waren schlecht. Durchgelegen und zu weich. Die Kissen waren hart und zu dick. Die Schlafzimmer konnten nicht richtig verdunkelt werden mit den Holzjalousien. Für Personen die Wert auf guten Schlaf legen, ist das Hotel nicht zu empfehlen.
