Disappointed, kiddy resort.
Pros:

Location is good.. outdoor eating area is nice.

Cons:

Waited for supper order for 2 hours. Waitress argued that our order when in at the same time as a bunch of orders but others were served at least a half hour before we ordered. Should not have argued the point with us. Ridiculous.
Got to the pool area and they closed the pool because kids barfed in it. It was floating for a while before someone came to clean it. Could not use it the first day we arrived.
Steam room was so fugly, u clean, smelled so bad I could not use.
Price is completely inappropriate for the quality of the resort. It is average at best. I can see that it is good for families who want to run amuck but if you are a mature couple, do not stay here.
It is a kid's resort, not an adult.resort. completely wasted my money.

Watch out for the water!
Pros:

Beautiful resort right on the water. Before you go make sure there isn't a water use restriction. We were unable to use the tap water in our room for anything due to city wide restrictions.

While we know this isn't the resorts fault, for the high nightly room rate they wouldn't even supply guests with bottled water... we were told we couldn't even brush our teeth with room tap water, we felt like we were at a mid-range place in Mexico

Endroit splendide, la belle vie dans un décor fabuleux !
Pros:

L'endroit est magnifique sur le bord du lac Osoyoos ! Atmosphère relaxe. Nous avions un appartement de 2 chambres à coucher, tout y était du lave-linge au lave-vaisselle, la terrasse, les verres à vin et le tire-bouchon. Accès facile, stationnement intérieur. C'est très bien situé tant pour les piétons que pour les gens arrivant en automobile. Un supermarché tout près, plusieurs restaurants et boutiques. Vignobles dans les environs. La Belle Vie ! le personnel est accueillant et veut rendre service.

Cons:

Nous avons pris le petit-déjeuner au resto de l'hôtel. Beau menu mais c'est décevant, par exemple, les oeufs bénédictines au saumon fumé étaient très jolis et appétissants dans leur assiette mais malheureusement, le plat était tiède. Les gaufres n'étaient pas meilleures que celles que l'on achète congelées au supermarché près de chez moi. Les présentations et le service est agréable mais il y a place à l'émélioration pour ce qui est des plats. Nous n'avons pas pris d'autres repas à ce resto.

Perfect place to have a few days for a great break.

Prime spot overlooking lake with large rooms , lounge and patio.
Pros:

Prime spot in town with food and wine shops 5 minutes walk away. Peaceful views from big balcony overlooking the lake and lawns. Large well provided loung/kitchen enabling us to eat in and sip wine on balcony as sun set. Accessible free Underground parking
