Pros:

Location was beautiful. Staff was wonderful. Room was very clean. Property was well maintained. Loved the outdoor dining room.

Endroit splendide, la belle vie dans un décor fabuleux !
Pros:

L'endroit est magnifique sur le bord du lac Osoyoos ! Atmosphère relaxe. Nous avions un appartement de 2 chambres à coucher, tout y était du lave-linge au lave-vaisselle, la terrasse, les verres à vin et le tire-bouchon. Accès facile, stationnement intérieur. C'est très bien situé tant pour les piétons que pour les gens arrivant en automobile. Un supermarché tout près, plusieurs restaurants et boutiques. Vignobles dans les environs. La Belle Vie ! le personnel est accueillant et veut rendre service.

Cons:

Nous avons pris le petit-déjeuner au resto de l'hôtel. Beau menu mais c'est décevant, par exemple, les oeufs bénédictines au saumon fumé étaient très jolis et appétissants dans leur assiette mais malheureusement, le plat était tiède. Les gaufres n'étaient pas meilleures que celles que l'on achète congelées au supermarché près de chez moi. Les présentations et le service est agréable mais il y a place à l'émélioration pour ce qui est des plats. Nous n'avons pas pris d'autres repas à ce resto.

Prime spot overlooking lake with large rooms , lounge and patio.
Pros:

Prime spot in town with food and wine shops 5 minutes walk away. Peaceful views from big balcony overlooking the lake and lawns. Large well provided loung/kitchen enabling us to eat in and sip wine on balcony as sun set. Accessible free Underground parking

Great Location, Great Price, Great Experience!
Pros:

My husband and I discovered Watermark last year when we decided to do a little get away for Memorial Day weekend and we knew that this year we had to bring the whole family because we loved it so much and it's so kid-friendly! We love that there's a full kitchen, especially since there's a supermarket literally next door, so we have the option to cook. Our 3-year-old, as well as the adults, loved spending time in the pool- it's so spacious and a good temperature. You really can't beat the location, you have coffee, restaurant, and shopping options all within a 10 minute walk! It's also perfect because you're right on the beach so you can build sandcastles or go for a nice stroll along the water. After this year's trip we all decided that we'll be coming back every year for family vacation :)

I also want to shout out how wonderful the wait staff are at 15 Park Bistro (the restaurant attached to the resort). They were so kind and understanding when we accidentally broke a glass at dinner- we were so embarrassed but they made us feel better by telling us it happens all the time and not to worry! Plus the food there is delicious- I cannot recommend the cauliflower steak enough!

Cons:

Honestly we don't have any complaints. The 1700 check in time is a little inconvenient but it's nice they give access to the pool while you wait.

Suite and the pool were fantastic

Cons:

Lack of appropriate bedding for the sofa bed and mattress on the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. No blackout blinds, both rooms were super bright at night.
