EVERYTHING! The staff were accommodating and knowledgeable! The room was perfect and the bed was so comfy with the softest sheets I've ever slept on! Plus I had the BEST massage ever!

Restoration
The location is superb. The room was large and comfortable. The towels were nice and adding some cleaning rags (properly labeled) to the assortment was a big plus for people who will be outdoors all day.
We stayed in the large suite with a kitchen. We could have used a larger refrigerator but the laundry came in clutch. The coffee maker was not easy to figure out if just hot water was needed. Maybe adding a kettle to just make hot water for tea would be very nice.
We stayed in the Dragonfly Suite and it was gorgeous! They also had delicious scones in the lobby in the morning. Absolutely amazing location to stay!

History and being ancient 1886. The grand staircase, even though squeaky, was magnificent. The large walking safe box behind the reception is like in the movies.
Elevator to 3rd floor was not working, but staff helped us with the bags . Water pressure is low, toilets are ancient . The room we stayed in had double doors and a small anteroom with a large high bed and furniture that does feel a 100 year old. The mattress needs replacement. I kept sliding off the bed when I sit on the side. . Breakfast is not available. You can buy a plain bagel for $9/ at the adjacent coffee shop.
