Pros:

Nothing. Absolutely nothing. It was awful. Worst hotel i ever stayed in

Cons:

Sausage was swimming in grease. Everything was empty for breakfast. Needles laying in middle of parking lot for 2 days. Drunk people walking around parking lot amd shit all over toilets.

The bed were comfortable.

Cons:

The floors were dirty, my feet were black just walking around the room. The water pressure in the shower was horrible. Barely any water coming out.

It was a stressful stay. Never again!
Pros:

Pet friendly was a good thing. There was a miss communication between Booking.com and Comfort Suites about our reservations.

Cons:

We booked two nights through Booking.com, but the Comfort Suites staff came in our room after the first night telling us our stay was up. They eventually said there was a miss communication between Booking.com and them. After it was resolved and we left after the second night, comfort Suites over charged us $40 more than what Booking.com quoted us. We just paid and got back on the road. Never again!

Friendly staff with quick and easy checking in and out!!
Pros:

The photos online need to be updated or taken from a different view. The rooms exceeded my expectations!!

Cons:

One of the main attractions I was looking for was an indoor pool. The pool max capacity is either 6 or 10. I cannot remember.

Pros:

It was clean. Customer service was excellent. I needed a extra hour because check out was at 11am and my meeting was at 1pm. The clerk gave me a extra hour no charge. He put his customer 1st.

The breakfast was ok there was no syrup for the pancakes and there were no plates

Cons:

The toilet kept getting clogged and there was a hood on the floor beside the sofa appeared to be from a previous guest and did not notice until gathering things to leave

Pros:

I like how the room was comfortable to stay in, only the floor needed to be moped much cleaner.

Cons:

I didn't like how they ran out of the complimentary breakfast so early and fast before 9am. But the manager straighten it out for the next morning, but I didn't bother getting up going down for breakfast, I was afraid it was out again. Also our battery in our remote needed changing but they had no batteries to replace the dead batteries in our remote.
