Location was great but it was full of road/construction workers and I didn’t go to the pool to relax bcs that
Not anything as I will not stay there again. I have stayed at other Comfort Suites and they were great. This one was a disappointment.
Upon arrival the lady that checked us in was not friendly or informative. The room was disgusting upon arrival. The floor was filthy, the bathtub wasn't cleaned, the water was smelly like sulphur. The beds had multiple questionable stains. The headboard contained boogers. The window had questionable splatter stains not talking about blood but other human fluids. There was a hooker leaving and smiling while under the influence of drugs. The bath towels and sheets were stained. After asking for fresh towels none were delivered. Not family friendly more by the hour kinda place.
Toilet wasn't working told staff 3 times and no one ever showed up to fix it nor offered a new room.
The pool was nice, staff was nice, hotel was clean

After the first night (a separate reservation) they could not find our reservations for the other 2 nights with 3 rooms. It was horrible and they were rude even showing them the reservation confirmation.
