Very homey and comfortable
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious! Parking though just make sure you get back to hotel early to get a decent parking without having to pay 15 dollars a day

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Location was excellent to event center. There is plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Great location for our event, does need some upkeep.

The staff were nice and the hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas

Cons:

The pool was working. We understood that it wasn’t their fault, a part was broken, but they didn’t tell us. We talked about taking our granddaughter to the pool, in front of staff, and no one mentioned it. She was terribly upset when we got to the pool. Also one of the elevators wasn’t working, again we understood that parts break, but no notices to let people know so they didn’t get upset waiting. Things happen, just let people know. We also had to call for towels on our third day because no one changed them. We knew it was every other day.
