Posizione davvero strategica. Le camere datate che avrebbero bisogno di una rinfrescata. Bagno pulito la moquette in camera meno.
La colazione varia per un 3 stelle. molto carina la possibilità di potersi preparare dei waffle espressi. In generale un buon rapporto-qualità prezzo per New York

Great service all around!
Pros:

We went to the Fairfield Inn for a theater weekend at the end of June 2026. The accommodations were quite nice and very clean. Breakfast was included and quite good. One employee, Sterling, a front desk specialist, went above and beyond his duties. I left an iPad in the room...and it was turned into the desk. He contacted us during the theater, a call we missed, then later on the train home. He facilitated the return of my I Pad safely, packing it and using the label I was able to send to his attention. He had caught our eye when we checked out as being very friendly and a terrific front desk associate. Many thanks, Sterling! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great theater location without the hubbub of Times Square.

Stay away from this.
Pros:

Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. There was not a single thing in good condition,NOTHING! Completely rundown, even the door in my room seemed to have been kicked in for some reason and the frame was moving…
While I couldn’t find a controller for the AC, it was the loudest machine ever, as if you slept by a truck. One of the two elevators was twice out of order during my 3 night stay.
The breakfast was decent though.
The only plus for this hotel is its staff who were very welcoming, smiling and professional. I just felt sorry that they have to deal with all the complaints I would assume which is beyond their control. I guess the owners just trying to squeeze money out of it until everything collapses.
Location is also good if you are visiting for leisure.

Reservé y pagué habitación para tres personas y al momento del checkin me dieron una habitación pequeña, con una cama doble. fue una noche tormentosa, no descansamos.

3 welsh lads on tour
Pros:

Malakai on front desk was brilliant also the other young man really nice people all the staff excelled from front of desk to breakfast staff and cleaning also maintenance was on the ball when we had a air-conditioning issue 10 mins they where with us 👍 brilliant stay from the 3 Welsh lads 👍

Buena ubicación y buen desayuno.
Tuve suerte que nos cambiaran de habitación, en la primera que nos asignaron era imposible acomodarse. No tenía placard ni ningún lugar donde poder abrir las valijas. La habitación a la que nos cambiaron después de que me acerqué a reclamar estaba bastante mejor y era mas espaciosa aunque tampoco era muy grande, pero estuvimos bien.

Cons:

La primera habitación que nos dieron daba al contrafrente y era muy decepcionante. No era como las fotos que se muestran ni creo que tengan 21 mts como dice en la descripción. Sumamente incomoda. Si no me hubieran dado la otra habitación no volvería de nuevo.

Never again
Pros:

Marriott claims „extraordinary hotel brands” and “endless experiences “. This is ridiculous: I am a Bonvoy Gold Member and I had a very small room with old furniture and a very old and loud air conditioning.
The breakfast offers everything in plastic and paper, even knifes and forks, and no fresh eggs or anything.
You can find better hotels in the area for the same price.
