Centrale e comodo da raggiungere, molto pulito, personale gentile e disponibile, colazione varia e mai carente, cambio giornaliero, disponibilità acqua, caffe, succo tutto il giorno self.

Piacevole soggiorno all'ombra dell'Empire
Pros:

La posizione, la stanza era comunque adeguata per quattro persone e pulita. La colazione davvero buona e varia. Situato tra Bryant park e Empire a due passi da Times Sq e da central station.

Posizione ottima per raggiungere i principali punti d'interesse, personale gentile, pulizia. Colazione super, accontenta chiunque. Letto comodo.

Cons:

Gli arredi delle stanze sono piuttosto datati. L' armadio, molto piccolo della nostra stanza, aveva la porta che non chiudeva. La moquette avrebbe bisogno di essere tolta.😉 L' impianto di riscaldamento/condizionamento è rumoroso, noi abbiamo potuto tenerlo spento.

Buena opción si buscas buena ubicación resignando comodidad.
Pros:

El desayuno, la ubicación y la atención de los empleados fue lo mejor. Todos super amables. Y a cada cosa que solicitamos, nos respondieron con mucha amabilidad.

Cons:

La habitación era pequeñísima y cuando pedimos un frigo para tener alguna bebida fresca lo trajeron pero la habitación quedó aún más pequeña.
Casi todas las noches teniamos que reclamar más toallas porque dejaban menos, y la limpieza del baño fue bastante deficiente.
El taxi que contratamos desde el hotel nos cobró los peajes como extra cuando en el hotel nos habían dicho que estaban incluidos.

Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero es lo esperable en Manhattan por ese precio y tan buena ubicación. Casi no hay lugar para poner maletas

This hotel should close, needs renovation/upgrade
Pros:

I am a dedicated Marriott Bonvoy person and usually always stay at a Marriott, especially for work travel. I was in town for work meetings and recommended to 3 colleagues we stay here. It is near our office and I had stayed at the Marriott Suites hotel next door, figured this would be similar quality. It is not. This is a very tired/rundown hotel. The door to my room had a gap between the door frame and the door, I could see through to the hallway. Everything about it is tired....beds, bedding, furniture, bathroom.
The one bright light was the service and kindness from the employees. Tracey S, front office Supervisor was very helpful and understanding to me. I canceled the stay for myself and the 3 coleagues, moved us last minute to another hotel several locks away, a non-Marriott. This hotel should close for renovations.

Esta céntrico, se llega fácil a Penn Station y sitios claves de NY.

Buen tamaño de la habitación.

Desayuno variado.

Cons:

La habitación estaba en malas condiciones, mobiliario viejo, cama muy incómoda, aire obsoleto, tenia un poco de polvo y me hacía sentir insegura como viajera sola.

Perfect stay
Pros:

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were lovely 😊
We also absolutely loved the breakfast. We highly recommend this perfectly located hotel.

Cons:

Everything was perfect. We just have a small comment regarding the breakfast. We were quite shocked by the amount of plastic everywhere, as well as the use of disposable cutlery and tableware, and even plastic cups for the waffle batter.
The sliced bread, croissants, muffins… everything was individually wrapped in plastic, which is really not in line with our habits in 2026. It’s a buffet, so why wrap everything in plastic?

Hôtel très bien situé dans Manhattan, au calme, nous avons une vue sur l'Empire State Building.
Très bon petit-déjeuner, très varié.
Chambre de taille correcte, serviettes changées tous les jours, bouteilles d'eau à disposition.
Personnel très agréable.
Stockage des bagages possible le jour de notre départ de l'hôtel.
Petits cookies, jus de fruits disponibles à l'accueil.
Pas d'attente à l'ascenseur
