לא אהבנו את השירות בקבלה..היה נוקשה ולא מסביר פנים.. ואין לנו בעיה עם תשובה שלילית..אבל ניכר שלא נעשה מאמץ וכבר בקבלת פנים היה לא מזמין בכלל
בנוסף מתחם הבריכה נראה לא מושקע והמזנון שם לא מזמין כלל..
ארוחת בוקר פשוטה מאוד בלי מגוון ונראה לא טרי..מאכזב מאוד..
בעיקר כואב שהמחיר לא תואם את רמת הציפיות..שילמנו מחיר ללילה יקר ונתקלנו במלון ששווה מחיר חצי ממה ששילמנו..

Pros:

I love the swimming pool and easy access to the beach. I’ve stayed here many times and sadly it’s become tired.

Cons:

Wasn’t impressed with the security, my bath didn’t work even after a service man came. Because I have immense pain I needed a hot bath. Wasn’t possible.

The thing I want to say is that the towels are so small / I mean very small

הצוות היה מקסים והתחשב עשו הכל כדי לתת את החדר יותר מוקדם חדרים מרווחים עם נוף מטורף לים באמת אין מילים מעבר לציפיות

Disappointing we wouldn't recommend the hotel.
Cons:

Room size very crampt and very little space for clothes, ie no draws.
Breakfast very average we ended up eating breakfast at an outside restaurant on day 2 and 3.
Main view overlooking noisy carpark but the sea was visible
