Pros:

Clean, well lit parking lot, and in a quiet area. The staff was very polite and the room was very clean.

Great experience and I will stay there again if I visit the area again.
Pros:

I would like to highlight two staff members that were exceptional in every way. Akalya Jackson checked me in and out and was very pleasant, courteous and respectful. Another staff member was Meme. Meme was the most helpful hotel staff member I have dealt with ever. I had forgotten some papers that I had printed at home but failed to pack them. Meme gave me a local site email, and I was able to forward the documents from my phone and send them to the email. She was able to print the documents for me, and she even made a second copy for some other guests I met while checking in, who were there for the same event, and they were able to be better prepared for the event. Top notch customer service. That is very rare these days and they both get a 10 (top ranking) for going above and beyond!!!!!!! Also, the full-sized refrigerator was awesome during the stay.

The stay was very nice and clean with amazing services and comfortability.
Pros:

the staff were very patient and kind. Brett who works at the front desk accommodated me for my pregnancy. He was very kind to me and my coworker.

The staff was very nice.

Cons:

Room was not clean upon arrival and smelled of cigarette smoke, among other things. Upon going down to lobby, they apologized and said they would send a cleanup crew while I was gone. They did, and staff did an excellent job.
There was also an altercation somewhere in hotel. Multiple police cars showed up. As a female, by myself, the hotel in general did not have a safe feel.
