Pros:

Maya Villa Condo Hotel is an excellent option to stay in Playa Del Carmen. This hotel is clean, in a good position, near to everything. The rooms are spacious, comfortable with good lighting and A/C, also equipped with everything you need in the house. It is my second time in this hotel and I definitely recommend in you want to be at home.

We stayed in villa 402 and it was very clean and had everything we needed for a few days there. It is just one block off of 5th avenue so convenient for restaurants and shopping. There’s a spa and asian restaurant right next to it. The villa was quiet and the noise from nearby bars was not an issue at all. There is construction nearby during the day though. The check in is not at the property, it’s down about a block but they brought up our luggage for us. Place is very secure with gated entry. The pool and jacuzzi were so nice, very aesthetically pleasing area. Comes with lots of drinking water, including a hot water dispenser which was so nice for quick cup of tea. The beaches were not swimmable for us due to seaweed but it’s a great spot for being close to 5th avenue. AC worked good too and there’s a taxi station on corner. Big grocery stores within 10 minute walk as well to stock up on food if you’re planning to cook. The only issue I encountered was trying to reach front desk, everytime I called they didn’t answer.

Pros:

Very good location, close to the beach and the main strip in PDC. Underground parking, safe area, big spacious rooms with comfy beds. Friendly staff and the pool/hot tub was a bonus.

Overall stay was good! Very easy check in process and parking was easy. Only confusing part was the key to get in/out of property. Would stay again!

Pros:

Loved how safe everything was. Peaceful. The entire place was beautiful. Only cons were the air conditioning and wifi/service. I just like rooms freezing cold so that’s just my opinion. The wifi would stop working.

Relax at Maya Villa Condo
Pros:

The grounds were nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The condo/room was spacious with a full kitchen. The bed was firm with a variety of choices for pillows from firm to very soft. The shower had good water pressure. Room included a water dispenser, coffee maker, 2 televisions. It was very comfortable. I would stay here again.

도착하니 호텔측에서 업그레이드를 해줬고 시설 일부 공사중이였지만 생활에 지장은 없었습니다.
침구류 상태 좋았고 청소도 잘 되어 있었습니다.
직원들은 친절해서 편안 했습니다.
한가지 아쉬운 점은 자꾸지가 뜨겁지 않았는데 밖으로 액티비티 하러 다니느라 사용 할 시간은 없었습니다.

Pros:

Checkin and checkout process is inconvenient. Not in the same location as hotel.

Pool is bad.

Common areas are dark.

Parking is limited and poor. Automatic garage door opener did not work one morning. Had to go to the other location to get help.

Key fob would not open the front gate. Had to go down to the garage to get in.

No elevator. Makes for hauling suitcases in and out difficult.

Not worth it for the price.
Pros:

The room smelled badly. The couches were old and very uncomfortable. There was no nice place to sit. Bed was hard. Hot water worked once. Over priced in my opinion
Oh and the “ beach” nearby, is gone now.
