Over all behavior of staff was good. Quality of food and its presentation is out standing.

Dirty Room, Broken Bathroom Door without any paint

The review I wrote last time was rejected by expedia becUse they felt the language was too strong. I do not recommend anyone booking this hotel through expedia and staying here. The staff is awful and rude. The hotel do not acknowledge boookings through expedia and they have the right to cancel your booksing without even notifying expedia. I had a terrible experience with the staff and front desk. The hotel will take extra money on the side and give priority to those booking rooms directly with them.

I would rate it as a value for money hotel.
Quality of food was OK. Service was good.
Amenities like gym require improvement.
Would recommend this hotel.

The location is quite good. There are good restaurants in neigborhood and area is buzzing especially on weekdays due to nearby offices and colleges.
Breakfast is standard, staff is friendly and helpful.
Room especially bathroom should be more clean. The bathroom door was unclean, sides of bath tub were really dirty. Apart from this, the stay was decent.

Hopeless Hotel, This is one of my worst ever stays in a Hotel or rather I should call it a downtrodden dirty guesthouse which has good exteriors but very bad interiors, the lobby , front desk are good but the room was so dirty & smelly like some dead rat was there every night we used to enter the room after a hard day of the exhibition at Salt lake Stadium, the lobby which takes you to the rooms is carpeted which smells like dead rats, the room is so dirty, dark & dingy, the walls of the guestroom had seepage, the WC of the bathroom had leakage, the hot & cold water mixer of the shower was faulty, the room looked no better than a railway station waiting room. The location given on the website was wrong , it is not 6 kms but 16 kms from the Netaji Subhash Chander Bose Airport & 6+ kms from the Salt Lake Stadium whereas it was mentioned that it was just 2.3 kms from the Hotel. When we checked , we had 2 rooms booked but they gave us only 1 double room saying that they only had 1 room blocked for us & they did not have confirmation for the other room??
I would recommend Hotels.com to remove this Hotel from their booking site because it will unnecessary spoil its reputation too, the only plus point of this Hotel was its Buffet Breakfast which was good , so in total I would give this Hotel -10 points...

Plenty of selection for breakfast. Very satistified. Rolls across the street are tasty also. Room is clean. wifi is acceptable. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my colleagues.

Nice hotel, nice staff and nice service. However the rooms need to be clean.

We arrived late at night and left early morning for the airport. We paid for a family of four in one room, but there was no extra bed, and we were too tired to ask. Our kids are 12 and 9. The hotel smelled a bit musty, and the bathroom was in a state of decay. We paid over 5000 INR for the night, and I don't think this was value for money.

Poor quality hotel and service quality very bad.

The Hotel did not have hot water. the Lassi was so sour, they tried masking with extra sugar, couldn't drink. The early morning breakfast take away was not fulfilled by the staff who promised when I check in. On overall basis it is dissappointing

Nice hotel. Closeness to the airport is the distinct advantage. Clean rooms. Well behaved and friendly staff. It was heartening that they managed to provide us with breakfast packages as early as 4:30 in the morning. We had some difficulty in locating the place. Overall - the experience was good.

The Stay was good, Breakfast was Awesome but the quality of Food needs improvement. Internet Services were also not upto mark.

The staff was extremely helpful. But the hotel is old and so are the rooms. No hot water. Not like the pictures. The hotel needs total renovation.
