Apartamento muy amplio, completamente equipado, especialmente cómodo y acogedor. Poder utilizar la lavadora y la secadora fue un lujo.

Cons:

La limpieza no estaba incluida, por tres noches solo nos limpiaban un día. Había que dejar un depósito a la llegada y nos avisaros unos días antes. Olía bastante mal en la zona de la piscina y en la calle, pero creemos que podría ser por el sargazo.

Pros:

The only positive thing about this place is the staff, who genuinely try their best and do a good job. Unfortunately, the hotel itself barely deserves two stars.

Cons:

Avoid this place at all costs.
The whole place reeks of rotting seaweed, the air conditioning is so loud that it’s impossible to sleep, and everything is worn out and shabby. The jacuzzi is so scratched and deteriorated that you wouldn’t even want to get into it.
And on top of all that, they charge a security deposit “in case of damage,” then send staff to inspect the room in the morning to make sure you haven’t damaged their already old, run-down facilities. Absolutely ridiculous.
Unfortunately, the hotel itself barely deserves two stars.
I absolutely do not recommend staying here.

O HOTEL É SUPER CONFORTAVEL, O QUARTO GRANDE E CONFORTAVEL, COM MUITA PRIVACIDADE, PERTO DE TUDO E COM ESTACIONAMENTO. A EQUIPE É INCRIVEL, SUPER SOLICITOS.

Cons:

A unica coisa que poderia ser melhor , mas não tem relação com o hotel, é o sargaço no mar, não fosse isso seria um pedaço do paraiso.... acredito que no futuro isso se resolva e o mar volte a ser maravilhoso

Schön große gut möblierte Räume, schöner Ausblick, gut ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine und Trockner, Hauskiping jeden zweiten Tag, 2 grosse Pools mit Whirpools...

Cons:

Nicht wirklich funktionierte Spülmaschine, undichter Kühlschrank aus dem ständig Kondenswasser ausgelaufen ist.

Pros:

Great location on the beach in a quiet area but only a few blocks from the hustle and bustle of Playa. My room was very comfortable and beautiful.

Cons:

While it’s on the water, there is no sand/beach there to walk or relax on. You would need to walk further up to access the beach. The pool was nice but quite small and there were only six sun beds.

Pros:

C'est la 2eme fois que nous venons à Playa et que nous séjournons dans cet apart hotel. Autant vous dire que c'est une valeur sûre. La gentillesse du personnel, la propreté des lieux, l'emplacement central mais au calme, que de bons souvenirs. Vous pouvez tout faire à pied. Le logement que nous occupions etait top, de quoi faire à manger avec le nécessaire, de quoi laver notre linge. Le logement etait entretenu régulièrement. Le personnel est juste adorable, toujours un sourire ou petit mot gentil pour s'assurer que tout se passe bien durant votre séjour. Nous étions côté océan donc la partie la plus calme. Dommage que leur plage ait été abîmée et ne soit plus accessible mais ils n'y peuvent rien cela est du aux intempéries et ouragans qu'ils ont subi. Donc en effet si vous voulez la plage il vous faudra vous déplacer un peu plus loin. Mis à part cela je vous assure que vous passerez un très agréable séjour dans leur locaux!
