Pros:

Ottima posizione vicino alla 5 avenida. Tutto era ben curato e i servizi ottimi. L'appartamento era molto grande, ben arredato e con tutti i confort necessari. Splendido anche l'idromassaggio privato.

Cons:

La spiaggia è molto piccola e di fronte sono attraccate piccole barche per cui è impossibile fare il bagno

Atendeu a todas as nossas expectativas.
Pros:

Adorei o hotel, sem café da manhã, mas com cozinha completa, fizemos nosso cafe da manhã todos os dias. Equipe maravilhosa, nos atendeu de pronto com tudo que precisamos. camas confortáveis, limpeza nota 10. se for pra colocar um defeito nesse hotel, seria somente a falta de uma praia. Mas como fomos com o intuito de fazer passeios, não fez a menor falta.

Pros:

Tout était parfait l’emplacement a 2 min de la 5 eme avenue sans entendre le bruit la nuit une petite plage pour admirer la mer, la gentillesse du personnel toujours à l écoute. L appartement était très propre soigné très bien équipé. La piscine magnifique avec le jacuzzi ( la dame qui surveillait la piscine était adorable et de bon conseil). Le parking très pratique pareil les gardiens étaient supers. J avais demandé pour l anniversaire de ma fille une petite intention on a même eut le droit à une super deco et une bouteille de vin offerte elle était ravie.
Je le recommande à 100% si on veut être libre de nos mouvements et pas être dans un hôtel tout inclus.

5 Star Condo Complex in the Heart of Playa del Carmen, fabulous staff, 5 Star facilities & views!
Pros:

This gem of a Condo complex was brilliantly located. Facilities were great, although the gym was off site, but it was just around the corner to our complex so was not an issue. The beach restaurant was fantastic too, food and staff were excellent and you could even organise your fishing trip from the beach restaurant and they cooked your catch, what a bonus! Located close to the centre of the main town, where all the great restaurants and bars are located, so all in all I would give this Condo complex a 10 out of 10!

Cons:

We had a few issues with things not working, like the fan in the main bedroom, the outside lights and the jacuzzi lights did not work, maintenance did resolve some of the issues but not all, but these small issues did not impact our holiday in any way.

Location was excellent, walking distance to all main shops and restaurants. Comfort of room and facilities within room were great.

Cons:

Pool was grimy and discoloured. Also which admittedly beyond their control the smell of sargassum wasn't too flash
