The property is nice and clean. It is worth staying in.

For people visiting CR Park and around, Rockland is an excellent option. It is reasonable, rooms are good, good breakfast and conveniently located. We stayed there for 4 nights and were very happy with the hotel and the extremely helpful staff.

One of the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever stay at. Hotel need a total renovation. I have pics of the ceiling with water stain and mold. Definitely would not recommend!

Overall excellent experience

We were upgraded to a suite from a deluxe double as the booked room was not available to us. The third member of our party got the deluxe double room and was very pleased with it.
Very spacious and comfortable suite.
Hot water was a bit hit and miss during the day but was available in the evening.
Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed for maintenance on the day we were there which was irritating as we booked this hotel because it had a pool. We did advise the hotel that the maintenance could be done between 19.00 and 7.00 when the pool is shut anyway to guests.

Nice and clean

The staff were super nice. Really accommodating. A lot of the rooms are really noisy with some ventilation equipment and kind of smelly. But it got all sorted out and it was nice. The pool on the roof is tiny not like the photos hence the four stars not five. Everything was good, but I thought it was presented as a nicer place on the Internet that it really was but it’s definitely a pleasant hotel and well worth the stay especially if you got a good deal.

They are liar with cost they mentioned, not friendly staff.

Property Is Very Good.. Staff is also supportive.. Specially Mr Shafi Khan ...He helped us in all the way to plan our Visit in Delhi to all monuments.

1 IMP Thing.. This Property is Far from Railway station..

Remind 1 thing... Plan your travel to Get through train or Airport so that you can reach atleast 2 hrs before your schedule time.

Traffic in Delhi is Horrible... We missed our Rajdhani on 1st Jane 23. Due to Heavy Traffic on roads.

Excellent service, good installations. It was not in a touristic area but I had tours with pick up booked so it didn't affected me. They don't exchange currency so that was inconvenient for me, for example to pay the taxi from the hotel. Also all currency exchange offices open after 10 am so a little restricted in that way.

A little dated, but most importantly we were not given the room we booked. They would not change our room and gave no explanation as to why it was changed. Basement restaurant smelled really damp. Maybe new clean mood were needed

Hotel .com site mentioned gave an option to select smokng/ nonsmoking rooms. However, on checking in was informed that the hotel was a non smoking property.
At check in was told that hot/ cold water is available however, no hot water was available... at checkout was informed that hot water is only available on request.

Noise from street. Windows by street don’t have sound proofing.

The rooms are much better than what would be expected for the front office, but the desk is tiny, so not great option if you will need to work during your stay. The staff is courteous and helpful, very fast in-room service. Breakfast selection could be improve (real coffee would be a very welcome addition), but acceptable. Location is good, just make sure your room is not oriented to the outer ring, so you will get a quiet night

This is the fourth time in four consecutive years that my parents have stayed at Rockland Hotel C.R. Park.
Being seniors in their eighties, they enjoy the warmth, respect and cordiality with which the hotel Staff greet and treat them with. For them, Rockland is a very comfortable, neat and clean place to stay in for the first four or five nights upon arrival in India while they stock up on and restart their household in South Delhi.
I would strongly recommend this Hotel Group to anyone coming in on work to the Nehru Place area or for a few days stay in New Delhi if they wish to live close to GK-1, GK-2, C.R Park, Pamposh Encalve, Panchsheel Enclave etc.
