I was cheeted as the swimming pool was not inside the premises and no car parking

The staff was very attentive to client needs. We ended up getting a room upgrade because a problem with our original room.

The breakfast buffet was excellent and the restaurant offered good room service and dine in selections.

Property quality nd conditions was too old especially the swimming pool floor tiles are broken which may cause the injury to the users.
Rest everything was good staffs are very polite and supportive, good for a family stay

They charged extra on the consumables above their rates mentioned in the room rate card. The pools required maintenance. Had to call room service every time for even basic toiletries as they were not already kept in the room. Breakfast was good, however the options were limited.

Stay was nice and comfortable. Location is good . Food was also good .

This now being my 4th stay, that probably speaks volumes.
On this occasion due to travel issues at Dubai airport, i arrived 13 hours late, with no luggage as it had been delayed in Dubai. I assisted in purchasing some new cloths so i had freash clothes for the morning, while i was doing that my favourite meal had been made for my supper

The property was well situated as the beach was only 10 mins away. There were plenty of food places and shopping near by. The hotel staff were so attentive and so pleasant. The moment you walked in the lobby reception checked us in so swiftly and explained what amenities were available at the property.
Breakfast was lovely, loads of choices and you can even ask for things that are not on the menu.

Excellent stay with all amenities

Very friendly and helpful staff - keen to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Excellent breakfast buffet and chef on hand for special cooked items. Friendly atmosphere at this boutique hotel and good sized pool (not heated). Great base to explore beaches and local markets.

Overall nice experience....hotel is close to beach, which is quite convenient for Morning and evening beach walks. Only problem is that hotel does not have any car parking...you have to park outside on the road.

The hotel is comfortable, and kept VERY clean, but other than swim in the pool, it has nothing to offer.
The wifi does work well, but you must be OUTSIDE your room to connect to it!
The buffet breakfast is VERY boring,....ALWAYS the same EVERY day. Food is good, but NO variety with the exception of 1 item each day!
The restaurant menu is very good, but only has 3 or 4 selections that are meat. The taste of the food however, is OUTSTANDING. And you get ample portions!
My BIGGEST complaint,....at check out time, I requested a copy of the bill,...and was REFUSED! Their excuse was I had booked through a company, and they ONLY give printouts IF you book directly with them! THIS is NOT an acceptable way to treat a guest!
The beach is about a 5-10 min. walk. Clean, but absolutely NO shade!

Good location. 5-7 min walk to beach and main square. Try not to get rooms at the end because it was noisy and windows above headboard. Get rooms at the back. Pool area is not that big but adequate. Otherwise great hotel.

Asking for new year gaya dinner payment which was way more then a 5 star hotel charge.

I wish 30 couples who had accompanied us to Goa for a Get-Together and checked in at Sol De Goa had instead checked in at Casa De Goa where everything is so good !

The facilities, rooms, service, cleanliness, staff efficiency - all very good

Suite rooms as compared to pictures on website are not that great. Also, the rates are high. You can find similar stay at cheaper cost in Goa. My suite room booked had an issue with the sound bar / woofer and also the phone to contact internally. Overall would rate 3/5.
