Poor upkeep of the hotel. Broken lamps and shades. Broken and patchwork doors, poor finish. Noisy neighborhood building.

There is a wedding party, and some guys is singing and dance till 3AM, you can't fall asleep, you can't do nothing, if you want to have a meeting in the next day, better to choose another hotel.

no hot water... wifi good but painful... door key was not working ...

Good Hotel but bit inside from the Road # 1 Banjara Hills.

We were in Hyderabad for a holiday and had a good stay at Minerva. The breakfast spread is really good and lavish, also the rooms are very clean. Only issue we had was when we requested for a packed breakfast, we were a couple with 2 kids and had requested for 4 sandwiches, but they said they can give only 2, also they gave 2 cut fruits without any disposable spoon to eat the fruits, which they should have given. Otherwise the overall experience with the hotel was really good.

Stayed overnight at Minerva Grand. Not sure why they take your picture when they have copies of your passport and credit card details!

Needs to be maintained well. no A/C on the hallways and mosquitos. not upto the mark for the price.

Hotel situated in very good & calm location. Suggest to stay for short trips to Hyderabad. Satisfactory & worth for money which you pay.

I stayed at the Minerva grand for only one night. Room is very clean and tidy and extremely comfortable. The receptionist was very helpful, as I had booked the room at Banjara Hills branch by mistake and landed on the Kothaguda branch , he helped me change the reservation at last minute without any extra charge.

I stayed at this hotel from 8th of March up to 15th of March. I checked in at half past four on the 9th of March and the front office assistant refused to provide king bed room that I had booked through Expedia. I was given a twin bed room instead where the air condition and the fridge was not working. Subsequently after much discussion, I was given another room.
Overall the stay was good and the front office manager was extremely kind. Room service was good and this is a good budget hotel to stay at and very close to Gvk one and City center malls.

Good location, good sized rooms, really good value. Extremely slow front desk service was very frustrating at both check in and check out. Restaurant is fine.

This hotel was nice enough however I did not get to stay in it the first night I had booked as they had apparently overbooked. They put me up in what they said was an equivalent hotel which turned out to have a very poor restaurant and no towels. The worst part was the taxi scam - I asked the reception staff if they could order me a taxi for 7:15am. I asked them to do this half an hour before. When I got to the lobby at 7:15 they said that it would take too long for a metered cab so I would have to take the hotel car (which cost an extra 500 rupees). This car did not turn up for another 20 minutes anyway and I spent a rather terrifying 30 minutes racing to the airport and only just managed to catch my plane. This is clearly a scam as the taxi would have arrived on time if the staff had ordered it when I asked. I have sent feedback to the hotel but have not received any reply or apology.

The hotel is very conveniently located making it very convenient to reach out to important destinations around. Food is good. Hotel's staff were very courteous and went out of the way to help me even after I had checked out. Strongly recommend for business travel.
