The rooms are very comfortable .The restaurant staff are very cordial and polite. The cleaning staff do their cleaning regularly. The front office staff are very cooperative kind and give us the necessary information about several places to visit. In short very happy with the hotel staff . Misty Mountain resort rocks.

The hotel is a boutique style hotel We enjoyed a valley view room suite which was very comfortable and had the required facilities The restaurant offered a variety of kerela food delicacies and North Indian cuisine. The service by staff was excellent at the restaurant and hotel We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend the hotel for your stay in Munnar.

The Misty Mountain Resort, Munnar was wonderful. Be it room, or staffs or food everything was beyond expectations. All the staffs were helpful, kind and always welcomed with a great smile. The room was big enough and the view was mesmerizing. The inhouse restaurant served some delicious food. They have a gym, kids play areas, indoor games room and huge space for campfire and karaoke. They have a complimentary guided trekking available which we really liked. Definitely worth each penny you spend and worth revisit and recommend to friends.

best resort in the valley…the food the service the staff everything on point…overall it was a excellent experience being there …the evening view and campire made my day…must visit …thankyou all the staff members for being so nice and sweet.

The view of the valley from the room is quite good. Staff are good and polite. Breakfast spread isn't much but ok. Dinner is quite good and all the items were tasty. The service was also fast. Other things like room, facilities are also good....small trekkig trail/pool/karoake - bonfire etc.

The experience starts with the name itself, the ambience is absolutely calm, the team welcomes you like your own family members. Rooms are par excellence. The service is too good and trustworthy. All the staff is very good with absolute professional but human touch. Terrace is an extra ordinary cutting edge to your stay.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the amenities are great.
The view from the room was incredible and it was located in the best place of munnar.

The breakfast offering was good and dinner at the restaurant was great.
Sometimes there might be waiting to get the table for dinner.
They have the option of Candle light dinner as well for couples.
One suggestion for breakfast as they should have little more offerings for kids.

The view from hotel is awesome. And even staff service is all Best. Recommended to have a choice to stay. Parking availability, specialized with secret gardens for trekking, spa available, children play area too.food quality is excellent.

I highly recommend Misty Mountain Resort for its friendly staff, serene atmosphere and customer service. Food was delicious and the hospitality service was great. Resort has all the amenities like swiming pool, gymnasium, kids play area and even a secret garden where you can go for a morning treck. Tea hill View from the terrace is magnificent (You have to book Hill view rooms for that),over all we had wonderful experience and unforgettable journey.

It's one of the best resorts in Munnar that we've ever been to recently. The Reception team- Kudos to you for your effortless service, the way you smile to your customers. And the staffs; each of them welcome us with a warm smile...and the "Room"...view..breakfast..Dinner...Pool... everything about Misty Mountains was literally soo good. My family thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Nice place to stay. Calm and quiet atmosphere. Affordable price. Clean and tidy. Safe to stay with family. Especially the. Canteen service is very good. Pool was clean. Good valley view. Campfire was not good. Please improve that one. Other all are good.
