- Breakfast could have been better.
- Rooms should have locker facility, at least in Royal Suites
- AC controls didn't work properly. AC remote should be made available, so it is easier to operate AC without disturbing others' sleep

The head manager for good to the guests but extremely rude to his own staff .. always monitoring and being rude to them. Felt bad for the staff , they were good.

Hôtel un peu bruyant
La wifi était plutôt moyenne.
Personnel pas vraiment disponible.
Le point le plus négatif de cet hôtel est l'agence de voyage située au rez-de-chaussée. Nous avons réservé et confirmé un taxi pour l'aéroport qui n'est jamais venu. Nous avons attendu et dû improvisé à la dernière minute. Ce n'est pas sérieux.

Don't miss the roof restaurant!
Pros:

The restaurant on the roof is outstanding! Waiters very professional and the food is great. Alcohol licence. Good location between the railway station and the Temple complex, both a short walk.
