Convenient stay
Pros:

Location was convenient and middle of the city and around 10 - 15 mnts walkable to the temple south entrance. This was convenient.
Hotel and room was clean. meets requirements
The staff in the travel desk was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us navigate around the city.

Cons:

Food options. We reached in the evening after a long travel and were starving. While the reception advised us that snacks would be available in the restaurant, apart from plain coffee, there was nothing else. For a hotel of this stature, this is unacceptable

A memorable family getaway with great service and delicious breakfast.
Pros:

I stayed here with my family, and it was a very pleasant experience. The breakfast is especially worth mentioning—it was excellent. The room felt a bit congested and could have been more comfortable, but all the necessary amenities were provided. Overall, it was a very good stay. Thank you to all the staff and management.

la struttura è buona, ha due ottimi ristoranti, di cui uno su terrazza panoramica

Personale pessimo. Avevo scritto in anticipo la richiesta di una stanza tripla e avevo una email di risposta con accettazione della richiesta. Non solo non erano pronti, ma sono stato trattato con grande scortesia e arroganza da parte di tutto il personale. comportamento vergognoso.

Good Service but Needs Better Cleanliness
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Overall, the stay was satisfactory.

Cons:

The first room allocated to us had a significant number of small cockroaches. Although we were moved to another room, we still noticed one cockroach on the second night.
No iron box was provided in the room, which would have been a useful amenity.

Pros:

Location was excellent, Meenakshi temple & market is very near. Rooms are very well maintained & hotel is also well maintained. View of the Temple & city from the rooftop is simply superb.

Cons:

I stayed for 3 nights with family with two rooms. The only problem we faced was ,that in both the rooms the sliding door of the shower area was missing. Due to this after shower , water spilled near the wash basin area and was carried to the room. Hope the hotel gives attention to this problem.
The property is slightly overpriced.
Breakfast was good.😊
lunch & dinner was average.😔

room stank of sewage and had to upgrade to get another room paying twice the amount. While the new room was decent the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

Un bon hôtel pour un séjour réussi à Madurai
Pros:

Très bon hôtel à Madurai, très bien situé à proximité du temple principal et très proche de la gare. Chambre confortable et calme malgré la rue très animée. Très bon accueil du personnel du lobby. Petit-déjeuner banal.

Cons:

Je déconseille le restaurant situé sur le toit de cet hôtel, le service est extrêmement long et la nourriture juste correcte.

Presque parfait
Pros:

Ma chambre était bien. Le rooftop c'est vraiment très bien. Le personnel est très très bien. Le petit déjeuner généreux.

Cons:

J'avais la chambre 605, j'y mettrai du double vitrage à cause du bruit de circulation. La salle de bain a des petites fenêtres qui restent ouvertes, le matin il y avait une crotte parterre. Il faudrait empêcher qu'un oiseau, écureuil puisse y accéder.

Cons:

Arrivés à 21h00, la chambre n'était pas prête.
Nous avons été soi-disant surclassés mais il a fallu changer de chambre pour la deuxième nuit.
Cette chambre, modeste en taille, s'est avéré bruyante (bruit dans l'hôtel et notamment l'ascenseur).
