Okay hotel if room service gets better

Clean room, good breakfast and a good location.

Cons:

When you shower you can’t reach the toilet without getting wet. Room service is not good. At 9am we put a sign at the door “please clean room”. At 13pm nothing happened. The front desk said: we start at 11am on lowest floor and then go up. We were on the first floor…. Then the cleaner said that there was “not disturb” sign on the door, 100% not true, we checked that. After the cleaning the guy stayed one minute in the room to explain what he cleaned and what he had replaced, clearly looking for a tip. After such a service I was not into a tip. Later we found out that he did renew several things. Room service definitely should be better!
