Good choice in the center of Madurai
Pros:

I appreciate the friendly, helpful and warm hospitality given by the staffs. Special mention to the staffs from reception, restaurant and helpers. The water heater and water pressure was very good and getting shower after a long day was so satisfying. On the 2nd day I forgot breakfast was being served from 7am to 10am only and I showed up at the restaurant at 10.30am. The restaurant staff still offered a simple breakfast instead of shunning me away. I really appreciate it.

Cons:

The premise is undergoing renovation hence there were occasional elevator malfunction. However an alternative goods elevator was allowed to used. The varieties in menu could be improved as there's less choice for someone relying on hotel food.

Hôtel qui ne répond plus au minimum attendu, dommage car sa situation est un réel atout.
Pros:

Hôtel vieillot aucune rénovation en 15 ans, dédié aujourd’hui à la clientèle indienne, heureusement bien placé …
Le service réservation plutôt compétent. le restaurant bénéficie d’une terrasse agréable et la cuisine est bonne malgré un service lent et des oublis systématiquement dans la commande. Les indiens sont servis avant les étrangers (peu nombreux aujourd’hui)

Cons:

Le personnel masculin est particulièrement désagréable limite malpoli. Seules les 2 femmes sont aimables!
Les chambres sont sales, l’odeur de moisi prégnante, le linge usé, cafards ds la salle d’eau

Zimmer für ausländische Touristen ohne Fenster, alles muffig,Grundreinigung wäre mal wichtig ,Bettwäsche schmutzig,Rezeption arrogant,man wird behandelt wie Bittsteller und nicht wie Gäste, Nachbarzimmer war eine Baustelle und im gesamten Hotel wird ein Lift eingebaut.An Ruhe war nicht zu denken

Bien dormi et bon petit déjeuner
