Right from check in, rooms, cleanliness, service, comfort nothing was good.
Repeated requests for same things was attended after a long wait.
Beds basically are 2 put together with mattress king size. So mattress is King size not bed

A disappointing 4-star stay with poor room maintenance, faulty AC and Wi-Fi, slow F&BVery uncomforta
Cons:

A 4-star hotel that seriously needs to improve its basics — poor value for money.

Stayed 3 nights in October 2026 at around ₹7,000/night for a “Premium” room, but the experience was far below what we expected.

The biggest issue was the AC. Temperature control barely worked, leaving the room extremely cold. We had to repeatedly switch it on and off at night, and I developed nasal and throat congestion. Even the upgraded room on our final day had the same problem.

The room itself was poorly maintained, with old fixtures, dust and a web inside the cupboard, a broken drawer handle, loose threads on linen and towels, a faulty TV remote, worn bathroom paint and a non-working ceiling shower. A hand towel was unavailable, and the shaving gel caused itching.

F&B service was also disappointing—limited breakfast variety, items frequently running out, chaotic Sunday service, cold tea/coffee and very slow dinner service.

Front-office service and complaint handling were poor as well. Wi-Fi did not work on our iPhone or MacBook, and staff could not resolve it. We escalated everything to GM Mr. Selvam, but there was no meaningful resolution; even the late room upgrade had the same AC issue.

Overall, room maintenance, housekeeping, F&B, service, Wi-Fi and complaint handling all fell short. At ₹7,000/night, this is poor value for money and not the standard expected of a 4-star hotel.

Pros:

The buffet breakfast was enjoyable, and the à la carte options were decent. Both the swimming pool and the reception area were good.

Cons:

The rooms were just okay. Also, the TV didn't have internet, so no Netflix or YouTube.

The towels and blankets provided were noticeably aged and exhibited tears.

Avoid!!
Pros:

The banqueting hall

Cons:

Everything else was below the standard we expected , no safe, no fridge had to ask for both .
Hairdryer not working dark and claustrophobic rooms.
We had booked for three nights and only stayed for one , didn’t even get asked why we were checking out early…
