Pros:

I find the front desk receptionist was quite unfriendly. Also the rooms and corridors at 5th floor are rather dark and gloomy. However the rooms very nice, decent and clean. Not the best as they can still improve in certain areas. Buffet breakfast was good but the staff were not approachable at all towards tourists.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

The stay was wonderful and comfortable stay. Rajaram the luggage taker was very hospitable and made us comfortable. The property is beautiful. I recommend this property.
