My husband and I had a great experience! Very good price as it includes both breakfast, dinner and drinks. Location is perfect, very close to several event centers, restaurants and shopping. Staff was outstanding, hotel and room were very clean.
Expectacular my son and his wife join us and it was great we love b the location of the place and we visit lla cantera mall and took the kids to six flaggs
The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I arrived at the hotel at night and felt a bit concerned until I checked in. The staff was wonderful, and the parking garage is located within the hotel, so once you park, you can take the elevator to your floor. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe and confident that my vehicle would be secure.
The two assistant general managers, Zekayla (spelling?) - evening and Andrew - morning, were absolutely delightful to meet and converse with. No simple chit-chatting, but sincere interest in us and enjoyable conversations with them during our mealtimes. They connected with every hotel guest in the same manner. They made the overnight stay the best hotel experience of our 18-day trip. They are stars! The evening reception of "snacks and drinks" is really a full-blown meal with up to three alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks, all at no charge; meatballs and gravy, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, salad, chicken tortilla soup were the menu the night we were there. Breakfast in the morning was equally sumptuous, also included in the room rate. Our room was huge, really three rooms, well-furnished, two TVs, and with a very comfortable king-size bed. My wife enjoyed the indoor pool and the hot tub during the evening. If you really need to go out for a meal (we definitely did not!), there is an Applebee's right next door. There is some nearby freeway construction going on right now, but our vehicle's navsystem took us right to the hotel with no problem. At about only $125.00 (incl. taxes), it was easily the best value for the money during our trip. We highly recommend this hotel.
Excellent and friendly place. We always stay at Drury for the kick back and breakfast. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly.
Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Nice size bathroom with plenty of towels and amenities. Breakfast in the morning was very ample and their bold coffee is the best. Only con was they told us it was 24 hr coffee but when we had to leave by 5:30 am one morning there was none there.😢 It was very nice to have the parking garage as well as the Applebees attached. My husband said that it’s the best hotel we’ve stayed in while visiting our family in San Antonio so we will definitely be staying here again. Construction is bad but as long as we didn’t try getting anywhere during rush hour we were fine.
We were recommended this item by our medical provider as we were from out of state flying in for a surgery at the very close Methodist Landmark hospital.
The hotel was a new brand . This was an extremely good value hotel. The hotel is pleasant with not only free breakfast but free dinner as well. We didn’t really believe that guessing it would be more like appetizers but it was actual dinner. Now the food itself was decent and more cafeteria style. But what a blessing if you are staying on a budgets or can’t get out due to mobility etc.
All staff were very friendly. Bed was super comfortable and so were the pillows. Honestly most hotels have those hard too big pillows and they never work for me. There were many normal sized flexible/squishy pillows. Sleeping after surgery was comfortable.
We got the king suite as we were there for 11 days and it was nice with the chair and sofa and full desk that could be shut off from the bedroom.
It was so affordable for all that we got.
This isn’t a luxury hotel but a very nice and comfortable hotel that meets all your needs for a solid value and you walk away feeling warmly about your stay.
Like all Drury hotels, the exceptional professionalism and courtesy of the staff is what makes this place special. The meals although plentiful leave some quality to be desired as it tends to get bland and monotonous when staying for several days. The property was well maintained as expected and everything worked fine however they are experiencing headwinds with all the road construction and demolition in the immediate area. For the time being until the demolition is completed this is a very difficult place to stay at as far as access to the property and noise is concerned. There were many detours and no other way to get in there at night. Overall this property is consistent with all of the other Drury hotels.
My family and I really enjoyed this nice hotel which was also very close to La Cantera shopping area! Would definitely go back!
As soon as we walked into the hotel, they greeted us and were very helpful. There wasn't a wait to check in. The staff was very courteous. The food for breakfast and the kickoff was excellent and the hotel was very clean which is number one in my book my grandson is in college and stays near UTSA when I return, I will be staying at this hotel.
Awesome service and breakfast popular. Rooms were clean and spacious.
Two of three elevators were not working so it took a very long time to go up or down.
Very enjoyable from checking to checkout I’d really this place to anyone
Every staff member encountered was warm, helpful, and professional. The facility itself is a bit tired as are the rooms. Bed was hard and sheets scratchy. Worst for me was that the AC was inadequate. Staff was fabulous though and quickly assisted with a room change to help out, but it never did get cool enough or push enough air out so my stay was uncomfortable.
Nice amenities.
Clean and friendly very accommodating
Food was good .
Parking was great
Very comfortable hotel for San Antonio locals needing a place to stay for 1 night due to AC issues at our home.we would recommend this hotel to friends visiting from out of town.
Clean room. The only thing the small refrigerator didn’t have a freezer we need to freeze the ice packs and the insulin’s pack frozen to carry the insulin during the day
The hotel is absolutely comfortable, getting to the hotel is a little difficult currently because of traffic and construction, but other than that, the hotel is great!
