Good Stay with less comfort.

Felt like we stayed two nights in a derelict place 😟😟😟

The restaurant was good,

Cons:

There was renovation going on and the whole of reception, lounge was looking derelict. 😔 we should have been informed about this when we booked the hotel 😖

Good stay
Pros:

The rooms are good.
The restaurant has good food and good staff as well. The hotel was clean and rooms were clean too. Staff was attentive too.

Imperial is the first one which asked for room payment as soon as I arrived instead of settling the bill when checking out.

Pros:

Location Dr Yagnik Road - good & close to city
Centre.

Cons:

Attitude on staff is poor at best - made me feel uncomfortable at check in even as a fellow
Gujarati which is nothing less than scandalous. Didn’t set the right tone. Issues with getting into room at first and key card.

Disappointing service and hotel
Pros:

Having visited the hotel several times I was very disappointed at how dated and unclean the room was. Large cracks in the wall and broken door frames. The facilities to include spa and massage were not available and this was not explained at the time of booking. When I sought a refund for the 3 days that I did not stay I was initially informed this was approved by the manager. After leaving the hotel the manager refused to honour the refund.
Very unprofessional service. Would not recommend.
