overall a fair stay
Pros:

Breakfast was good. The location was great. Overall a good place to stay. Maybe the rates were high.

Cons:

I went to the reception the night before to see if I could get a breakfast to go next morning. The
receptionist told me that if I went the next morning to cafeteria around 6.45AM( they open at 7.00.AM) they can make me a parcel to go. I did go next morning and requested but the the person in charge in a very rude tone told me i had not pre-ordered so tough luck. I did not have time to argue so I left without the breakfast. ( not a big issue but could have been handled with courtesy and a little consideration)

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. very accommodating and service was very good.

Cons:

Wifi in the room didn't seem very strong so had to come to reception which is not ideal if making private calls.

Felt like we stayed two nights in a derelict place 😟😟😟

The restaurant was good,

Cons:

There was renovation going on and the whole of reception, lounge was looking derelict. 😔 we should have been informed about this when we booked the hotel 😖

Did not have WiFi for the first day, TV signal was very poor and very limited channels, and no sauna , steam room or gym was available,

Good stay
Pros:

The rooms are good.
The restaurant has good food and good staff as well. The hotel was clean and rooms were clean too. Staff was attentive too.

Imperial is the first one which asked for room payment as soon as I arrived instead of settling the bill when checking out.

Won’t be back.
Pros:

Location Dr Yagnik Road - good & close to city
Centre.

Cons:

Attitude on staff is poor at best - made me feel uncomfortable at check in even as a fellow
Gujarati which is nothing less than scandalous. Didn’t set the right tone. Issues with getting into room at first and key card.
