100% safe and homely touch property in the services they offer
Pros:

Very nice property. Extremely enjoyed the stay and ambience. Great Location. Good support and help from the front desk staff Ms Libya. Appreciate her caring and polite nature.
Rooms were very neat and spacious.
Refreshed and well maintained Washrooms.

Pros:

As the Hotel situated nearby KSRTC, it is very convenient. The tariff is matching with the facilities provided. Apart from that the parking, lift and the behaviour of services staff are very good. After all the stay is worth enough for the money spent.

Disappointed with the overall lack of facilities. Not worth the money at all.

The food was really good. The bed was also quite comfortable.

Cons:

There were several problems within the room. The fridge and the TV wasn't working. There was no instructions about wifi. The bathroom ceiling was leaking loads of water when I switched on the shower. Overall did not match any of my expectations coming from staying in a 4 star hotel.

Okay stay. The luxury room was great.
Pros:

* The original standard room that I got via booking.com was just average.
* Good food.
* Service and staff were okay.
* The view from the room was okay.
* Perfect location of hotel.
* I did extend my stay for one more day at an upgraded 'luxury', which was a bit pricier than the one I booked from booking.com - and that room was really good.

Cons:

Pathetic cleanliness. Smelly bathroom which continued to smell bad, even though the exhaust was working. Unclean bathroom overall. The bathroom door was fully dirty.
