Pleasantly Suprised!
Pros:

It was a long term plan I had to go somewhere with just my mom. We absolutely love the location, the closeness to the beach. I loved the restaurant location facing the pool where they had classical dancers. This was so new for us. The food was great. Its a bit of walk from reception to room but they provide buggy which services really well. Overall its a place that I will plan to visit again with extended family.

we were lucky and hit a festival to Shiva going on which made our stay memorable

If you need anything, ask for Kiran. He made our stay extra special with his kindness and personal attention

The food is amazing, and the pools are excellent too.

Cons:

The hotel had block-booked slots for all treatments to a large group and said they had no space for massages or any other treatments once we had arrived.

Having travelled from the UK expecting to use the full range of the hotel facilities, including Ayurvedic treatments and massages over a period of a week, this was extremely disappointing.

The hotel I believe, should have made it clear at the time of booking that no treatments would be available during the time of our stay. The location is not in a place where you can go elswehere is is in a quiet beach location.

Просто райский оазис, территория потрясающе красивая, ухоженная, отдыхаешь и душой и телом. Отличный аюрведический центр, чистый бассейн, пляж близко, есть свои зонты и шезлонги от отеля. Всегда, когда заходили в море, сотрудники следили за безопасностью.Питание вкусное, и завтраки и ужины шведский стол, и по меню что заказывали-все было отличным.

Cons:

Стоимость трансфера ожидаемо высокая-но разница ровно в 4 раза выше чем будет по уберу. Рядом с отелем стоят местные таксисты, которые не дают приезжим водителям посадить пассажиров, прогоняют их.Так что при такой необходимости вызвать такси по приложению-вызывайте не к отелю.

Very clean, excellent staff, good food, good location, games, massages, pool.

Cons:

- The taxi stand at the entrance is very expensuve and does not let uber in. This is not per se resort's fault but still very annoying.
- It would be great to include more alcohol options in the menu
