Pros:

夕朝食のビュフェは種類も多く満足。

Cons:

子供が星を見るのを楽しみにしていたが、聞くとあまりよく見える日は少ないとのこと。事実、何も見えませんでした。お天気次第なので貴ホテルの責任は有りませんが、既にロープウェイが運航終了でしたので、元々この季節は無理なのかと実感。
スキー中心のホテルでで施設の劣化も見られることから、星が見えなければ何の魅力もないホテルと感じてしまいました。（スミマセン。厳しい意見で。。。）
NASPAニューオータニなどを参考にされてはいかがでしょうか。

Awesome stay and a great mountain
Pros:

This hotel is awesome if you are a keen skiier or snowboarder, we had great snow on the mountain every day and loved the ski in and ski out. The buffets were really good, the rooms were spacious for Japan and the beds were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and although not all of them spoke fluent English they still helped us with our needs via translate. We were able to send our snowboards to and from the hotel via Yamato which was a saviour for lugging them around on trains and cities.
We booked a corner room which was a bit more expensive then a standard room so that we could have two large windows for the view, but seeing the standard rooms over the few days we stayed there we saw that they honestly all had a great view, so next time we will probably opt to just book a standard!

Cons:

If you are not huge on skiing or boarding, you should note there is nothing else around the hotel unless you want to get a taxi into town which is quite expensive.
There are 3 restaurant options at the hotel. On the day we arrived when we were given the info on the restaurants we were told 2/3 needs reservations and only one of them had a reservation available one night during our stay at 8pm or 9pm. We decided to book even though this time was quite late especially considering once you are finnished on the mountain there’s really not much to do. The food was yummy but I would say it was a bit expensive for what we got. I honestly would just stick with the buffet for breakfast and dinner, as it had a huge amount of options and was really delicious.
