Environment.......

The hotel was a haunted place with very few guests. It was rundown property and it represents past glory. The staff was very few. Air conditioning not switched on in lobby /reception and in restaurant. Bath tub had cracks. We skipped the breakfast because the previous day's high tea was a big let down. Our wedding stay was a big put off. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Shikarbadi the wedding venue. There was only one review in entire 2025 which itself proves that this is not a popular hotel.

Ambience, Location is good

Service and maintainance of property was poor otherwise great aminities and stay

Very slow service...when we visited issue of water service in the bathroom...I can not suggest this one next time of my trip.....hotel is big....but staff is less i guess ...so we have to take lot of follow ups for that.....................

One of the worst stay ever. Read till last , Very horrifying experience which you can confirm with any local people or cab driver that I have very close confront with PANTHER AND CUBS, God saved us . This resort has almost 200 plus rooms and during the season they hardly had two rooms occupied.

Even resort people did not informed us that they have very unusual visitor every night i.e. Panther and cubs , I am with family taking long walk to catch the cab at night (Resort to main gate is almost 500 meters away), I suddenly saw Panther with cubs crossing the path. I was alerted by watchman that they are regular visitor and can be very dangerous, Watchman advise us to travel in a closed car in night time.

Why this is worst ? :

Unusual visitor at night i.e. Panther on walkway. Other strong reasons are :

1. This is not resort, it is just Dharmsala , with very long corridor . No Ambience. One STAR Resort.
2. Worst quality of rooms. Bed sheets are dirty, Towels are dirty. Smelly rooms.
3. Broken Bathtubs, Needs calling for hot waters.
4. Very Bad smell all over the hotel, When asked they said that pest control done.
5. Only one very Old lift for this much of rooms. That too after a stairs so not wheelchair friendly.
6. No Breakfast buffet as thy have only two guest staying so they told us to order and they serve, almost one hour to serve, No choice for food, Worst quality food. Very smelly dining area so we need to sit out side in lawn.
7. Worst quality of WiFi.

Staff is so -so. NOT WORTH OF MONEY THEY CHARGE , EVEN 10% OF THEIR CHARGE, THIS RESORT IS NOT WORTH.

Inspite of all that you decided to stay then piece of advise do not pay them upfront, Just pay them for one night and feel yourself that you need to stay further or change hotel. They donot have customer so forget about any refund from them.

Inquire from any cab driver or local people about Panther they all know the facts .

I strongly suggest and recommend not to stay in such condition at this resort.

Amazing hotel there in the Inder Residency Resort & Spa in Udaipur. The services provided are just awesome.The staff was great.Ms.Ranjana and her team were spectacular.Mr.Sumit really helped us a lot in allocating the rooms.Thank U for the good hospitality.

We got a complementary free upgrade in the room booked. And had an attached balcony with a view of the swimming pool and mountain which was very relaxing

The INDER RESIDENCY provides the best accommodation facilities.Its room service also good. The second food like brk fst AND Dinner are very very Nice. This is very nice hotel...It has fully facilities with all kinds of need as Food,rooms, garden, swiming pool etc.i suggest everyone to take this hotel for stay in your journey....it is very affordable for every person....Food is excellent,,rooms are excellence..

Hopitility and receptionist so helpful and food facility so good . Some improvement needs to management level as
1. Chain the pillow Cz gave a bad smell
2.in this season mosquitoes a major problem so fog spray should every room in a week or monthly
3.rooms will be cleaned with phinoel in a week so that room will full of hiegine.
4.air purifier and room spray should be continues in a week and more
