The room that booked was deluxe but got the standard room
Bathroom has horrible smell all the time seems it has gutter drainage under very small bathroom and can hardly move in there

Stains were found on sofa, bed and towels. No definite explanation given by the cleaning supervisor nor the resident manager of the hotel nor much intent to reclean the room.
It’s located outside main City but convenient and easily accessible. Daily morning breakfast is excellent with lots of variety.

The breakfast was amazing, loved the beds and reception staff. The only issue was heater and hot water during our stay - the service was super slow. Otherwise, I really appreciate the cleanliness and well kept rooms. Thumbs up for great rooms at affordable prices!
It was a good clean nice tidy room, staff on reception very helping and responsive but the restaurant staff were not so responsive. Breakfast menu was great but service let it down. A good hotel to stay because of location and family friendly
We had gone for a family holiday, booked 4 rooms. The Rooms were just not upto mark..Door chain not functioning, Mini fridge either absent or not working in some rooms. Hotel seemed short staffed. Toaster was malfunctioning, got repaired next day. Coffee Machine was not working. The sad part was the non responsive attitude of the front desk who made no attempt to rectify shortcomings. Basics like hand towels/Napkins had to be requested for each day. All in all not a value for money proposition. Its at best akin to a TWO star property at fancy prices.

Great Experience, it was a comfortable stay.It was amusing experience.
Room was supposedly “done” being renovated but wasn’t painted and the floor was already popping up. It was incredibly dusty, dirty and noisy as well. Front desk staff was rude, poorly trained, and mostly incompetent. I had to fight not to be double-taxed at check-out on meal charges and given a hard time
when I wanted to pay with a credit card. Travel desk was more interested in charging exhorbitant fees for transportation rather than providing quality service. He was really nasty too. $100 is a lot for a hotel room in India, and this hotel simply wasn’t worth it. Save your money and stay somewhere else. Two positives: the restaurant staff was mostly nice and the food was pretty good.
Good location and friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Only drawback, they issue only one electronic key per room.
Two single women travellers: it was just an ok hotel. I wouldn’t rate it as a 3,5 stars though.
The only good part of the hotel was its lobby. the rest seemed to be under construction and was smelly.
The rooms smelled bad. Cleanliness was questionable as well. There was a food stain on the curtain in my room as if somebody wiped his hands after eating tikka masala. There was a dried green pea on the floor.
The linens had stains. I understand that they were washed but seeing stains didn't make me feel comfortable.
Sandra’s window looked on concrete wall so there was no day light coming in.
The toilet paper roll had only 1,5m of paper. We had to ask for a new roll almost every day.
I had a problem with WiFi every evening and had to go ask for a new password every day.
The area was OK, quiet, next to another hotel.
Some staff was a little nicer than others.
Still it would have been OK if we haven’t had that incident. The incident was a person knocking and ringing persistently on one of the travellers doors at 3am. The guest was afraid to ring to the desk as the person would hear there was someone in the room. Finally after 30 minutes she decided to ring and then the knocking stopped. She couldn't sleep and the two checked out the next day in fear of their safety.
It was quite good. They served us good food even when it was past midnight. The staff was courteous but appeared a little inexperienced in technology. they couldn't resolve the Wi-Fi issue despite best efforts.
