După 30 de minute de discuții cu persoana de la recepție (care știa doar câteva cuvinte în engleză) a reușit să înțeleagă că rezervarea făcută nu corespundea cu camera pe care am primit-o. Camera primită era mult mai mică și fără facilitățile pe care le-am rezervat pe booking, recepționerul insistând că pozele erau greșite.

Într-un final a înțeles și ne-a dat camera conform pozelor, care la rândul ei a avut probleme. Poziționarea boierului în dulapul de lângă pat este o idee incredibil de proasta deoarece toată noaptea făcea zgomote când pornea să mențină apa caldă.
Ventilația nu se poate opri și este foarte gălăgioasă plus că trage toată căldura din interior iar radiatoarele nu fac față să mențină o temperatura constantă.

Dezamăgit de această experiență dar am avut noroc că a fost rezervare doar pentru o noapte.
