A welcoming and friendly hotel in an amazing setting. On the garden route with immaculate gardens down to the water’s edge and overlooking the heads. A very safe secure and very stylish property. Staff were exemplary and the lagoon cruise which was complimentary was really enjoyable.
There was nothing we did not like
Beautiful location on the Knysna lagoon. Perfect for exploring the garden route or just relaxing. Breakfasts in particular were superb, with really lovely muffins and cakes as well as a buffet and hot cooked breakfast to order.

Do gerente do dia que foi muito solicito com um problema que tivemos com o nosso carro e também muito rápido em nos mudar para um quarto mais novo depois de informá-lo que o colchão não estava bom.

We had the joy of staying at St James during our trip to South Africa. We were warmly welcomed and given lots of useful information about places to eat and visit during our stay. Brenton on Sea was beautiful, long stretch of beach to walk along, and I’m sure on a warmer day the sea would have been a great swim. The restaurant here, The Blue Butterfly was amazing, highly recommend for lunch or dinner
