Pros:

Hotel davvero molto pulito, camera e letto comodi, personale disponibile (reception, colazioni, pulizie), colazione varia e davvero di ottima qualità. Possibilità di fare una doccia dopo il check out utilizzando i servizi dell' aerea SPA. Posizione ottima: vicina alla zona pedonale, al mare e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata bus che porta ad altre zone dell isola.

Cons:

La spa è semplicemente una sauna e un bagno turco. Non mi è stata data la possibilità di camera vista mare (piano alto e da un lato dell hotel), ma specifico che non era prenotabile la vista mare, era solo una richiesta extra. Non hanno cuffie per la doccia..

Die Strandnähe ist ideal, in zweiter/dritter Reihe.
Das Buffet sowohl morgens wie auch abends sehe ausgiebig, auch viel veganes (nicht nur Früchte oder am Abend Kartroffeln/Salat, sondern viele Spezialgerichte) diese sind auch deklariert, auch viel Glutenfrei. Zimmer schlicht & ordentlich.

Cons:

Manchmal war es laut, da nicht gut isoliert und je nach Lage ist man direkt an der Hauptstrasse, auch Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig - gut wenn man gute Nachbarn hat.

Lo que mas me gustó la ubicación y el gimnasio...no muy grande pero bastante completo.

Cons:

Hubo un error con la reserva por falta de información en la página web y no se hicieron cargo. Tuvimos que pagar un recargo que no esperábamos y no pudimos hablar con ningún responsable. No tuvieron ningún detalle con nosotros para compensar...la sensación fué que el problema no iba con ellos...una lastima.

Hotel tranquilo y limpio

La ubicación y la limpieza. Desayuno buffet limpio y variado.

Cons:

Siendo una isla y suponiendo que todos vamos en avión, los amenities de baño se limitan a cepillo de dientes y porque lo pedimos. Ni body milk, ni maquinillas y jabón de afeitar, ni esponja para limpiar los zapatos.. En el baño solo hay una pastilla de jabón en el lavabo y champú y gel de ducha a granel. El teléfono de la habitación y el wifi del TV para poder ver aplicaciones tipo Netflix no funcionaban. Lo comunicamos por la mañana y no nos dieron solución.

Cons:

Die Buffetzeiten für das Frühstück könnten eine halbe Std. früher sein. Der Fahrradraum könnte größer und mit etwas Equipment gefüllt sein.

Great value for the money!
Pros:

The breakfast was fantastic. The room was clean, the reception is opened 24 hours, beautiful beach and great restaurants around the corner, the hotel provides soft pool towels every day, you get 1l free water on your arrival (great if you arrive late at night, since the water in Mallorca is not drinkable). The pool, the room, everything was perfect. I had bed with breakfast, but the hotel also offers lunch and dinner for very reasonable prices. Also, cocktails by the pool are great and affordable.

Celkovo to bol príjemný pobyt, kľudne by som hotel odporučila aj kamarátom.
Pros:

Hotel sa nachádza veľmi blízko pláže, asi 2 minúty chôdze, ale toto je pláž masovej turistiky. Hneď pri hoteli je promenáda, ktorou môžete prejsť celé mestečko popri mori. Nechýbajú reštaurácie, kaviarne, obchody. Hotel má výborné spojenie s letiskom v Palme, chodí priamy autobus, ktorý je cenovo veľmi dostupny, lacny.
V hoteli bolo výborné jedlo, najmä večere. Výber bol naozaj veľký a každý večer sa obmieňali iné druhy jedál. Bol dostatok rýb, morských plodov, ovocia aj jedál pre vegetariánov. Veľkým plusom je, že to bol hotel iba pre dospelých, tak bol všade kľud, ziadne buchanie, skakanie.
V izbe bola pohodlná posteľ, klimatizácia fungovala v tých horúčavách výborne. Kúsok od hotela sa nachádza prírodná rezervácia s unikátnou plážou, asi jedna z dvoch najkrajších pláží na Malorke, a to som ich videla na Malorke naozaj veľmi veľa, preto môžem porovnávať. Treba však na tú pláž prejsť pešo, ale práve preto, je tam oveľa menej ľudí ako na plážach pri hoteloch, kde je to masová turistika.
Wifi fungovala počas celého pobytu dobre. Hotel poskytoval osušky k bazénu alebo na pláž, čo bolo veľmi fajn.

Cons:

Veľmi malá a veľmi základná kúpeľňa, v ktorej chýbal bidet. Izba bola tiež malá, pomerne stiesnená, ale netrávili sme v nej veľa času, preto to nebol výrazný problém, ale v podstate sa tam nedalo pohnut. Kúpeľňa potrebuje rekonštrukciu a najma vymenit dvere.
Z balkónu bol celkom dobrý výhľad na more a na východ slnka, ale na balkóne bolo príšerné teplo, preto sme ho na posedenie ani nevyužili.
Televízor nemal žiadne chytré funkcie. Niektorým členom personálu chýbal úsmev na tvári, za celý 7 dňový pobyt sme ich nevideli usmiať sa, ale boli aj takí, ktorým nechýbal úsmev na tvári a boli milí a ochotní. Takže personál tak 50:50. Hotel neposkytuje kyvadlovú dopravu na letisko. Samotný Can Picafort nie je ničím zaujímavé mestečko, žiadna zaujímavá architektúra, pamiatky. Dá sa tu iba prechádzať po promenáde alebo večer sedieť v nejakom podniku. My sme sa tu ubytovali kvôli blízkosti prírodnej rezervácie a jej nádhernej pláže.
