Great place to stay with family!
Pros:

The breakfast was pretty good. The beds and pillows were amazing. I would love to know where to purchase them myself! The rooms were so nice and comfy. The pool area was decent. The hotel was in a nice area. Close to metro, restaurants. Fireworks restaurant next door was really good. Great prices in you need a place in the fall and winter.

Cons:

Hot tub never seems to work great.

Still book it!
Pros:

Everything but the rock I slept on. The bed was EXTRA firm but a great stay nonetheless. Don't let that bum you out. STILL BOOK IT!

Muy mejorable
Pros:

La ubicación en relación a las actividades que tenía que hacer en la ciudad.
La atención del personal que atendía durante el desayuno, que con casi nada, hacía milagros!

Cons:

1. Al llegar al hotel, fui recibido en forma apática por la recepcionista, a tal punto que otro huésped tuvo que explicarme como habilitar el uso del ascensor con la tarjeta para poder acceder a mi piso
2. Durante muchas mañanas no hubo elementos básicos en el desayuno (pan para tostadas, queso untable), solo una única mermelada, ocasionalmente algún muffin y solo manzanas verdes...
3. Particularmente, durante la primera mitad de la estadía no funcionó la pileta climatizada por mantenimiento (este fue uno de los puntos por lo que había elegido este hospedaje, pensando que los días para la fecha del viaje son bastante cortos y fríos), hecho del que me enteré el día anterior al viaje a través de un mensaje enviado por el hotel.

Great 2 room suite that my family enjoyed!
Pros:

Great location to visit all that Arlington and DC have. Great food locations within walking distance as well. Breakfast had many good options.

Cons:

It was a bummer that the pool was closed for maintentance. Parking was helpful but was surprised at the added cost it brought. Was never told of the fee just assumed it was part of the rate.

Excellent location and value. Comfortable rooms. Delicious breakfast. Excellent staff.
Pros:

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel and in the same room type. My family feels this hotel is the best fit for us.

Cons:

The pool was closed for repairs. That could not be avoided. I will still book here again.

The hotel was clean, the woman that checked us in was amazing. She had 911 calls coming in and her computers did not work but she held it together and got everyone in line checked in. She was awesome. Should be given a raise.

Cons:

I did not like that there was only 1 person working at the front desk. The woman that worked there was great. She should not have to deal with that kind of situation alone. 911 calls, computers not working. It can be overwhelming for 1 person. Where is her help. People can get very irate at that type of situation and to be there alone is terrible. I don't expect this type of service from a hotel of this quality. Her managers should be reprimanded and should look into this type of situation immediately. No one should be left alone especially in today's world. I wish I got the woman at the front desks name. She should be given a raise and listened to for ideas how to improve safety and customer service. There should also be a security guard on duty. For her safety and they safety of your customers. Thank you, I hope you listen to your employees and take this note to heart.

I like the staff quickness to help and answer any questions, the value was great, close to DC without the traffic or busyness of DC. Room was big
