The clerk on duty when I arrived was awesome.

The town was sold out and we were being price gouged as it was at $325/night. But as a Hilton Honor member when you include pets in your registration you expect the price to include pet fee. They charged us $412 for the one night for our golden doodle. No accidents no mess, just the extra fee for a one room double bed with a dog!

AC unit was full of mold/mildew which created musty smell upon arrival and for duration of stay. Breakfast selection was above average, but quality was below average. Guests were yelling obscenities at breakfast selection at 7AM on a Sunday...to give you an idea of the clientele.
Everything else met my expectations.

Water was lukewarm in the shower
We’ve stayed here over the past 6 years but very disappointed in the property and upkeep this visit. The breakfast and housekeeping staff shows up early, with small children to have breakfast buffet. The buffet area is unkept, trash under tables and along the buffet area, trash cans every morning have been overflowing. Counters including the coffee area are sticky and dirty. Tables not cleared by guests are left cluttered for next round of people. Elevator floor has not been swept our entire 5 day visit. I requested an extra blanket, was told there was not one available.
While the price was certainly reasonable the atmosphere and amenities made the stay less than comfortable. Will look elsewhere for next visit.
I called yesterday to extend our stay by one day to be here for an event with the kids, even tho the person in the phone said it was done, upon my receiving a “check out” text this morning Brandy at front desk was kind enough to enter the extended day. No idea who failed to yesterday on the 12:13 call.

There was mold around the bathtub and lots of dead bugs everywhere.
