Convenient stay near Barajas airport
Pros:

Clean, quiet, modern. Easy stay near the airport with efficient free shuttles. Linens and pillows are great.

Cons:

Breakfast was nice except the scrambled eggs are not great. The piped-in scent in the common spaces is pretty intense. Room service food quality is mediocre at best.

Buen hotel, conductor de shuttle peligroso
Pros:

La limpieza y comodidad de las habitaciones. Hay shuttle al aeropuerto, pero acuérdate de reservar a la llegada al hotel para el día siguiente, porque a primera hora van muy llenos.

Cons:

Llegamos por la noche, sobre las 00:00, y avisamos al hotel. Tardaron 1 hora en venir, y el conductor un maleducado, pero lo peor fue que conducía de forma extremadamente peligrosa, sin respetar los límites de velocidad pero por mucho. En zonas de 70 iba a más de 120, y hablando por el móvil. Un peligro inaceptable. Se notaba que estaba enfadado porque no le tocaría el servicio o por algo. Pero eso no es problema de un cliente.
El hotel muy bien, cómodo y limpio. Por la noche está muy solitario y aunque no parece insegura la zona, está lejos para ir andando al centro comercial.
