The location is ideal, as we could walk to the mall to shop & have dinner. Also, the hotel is very quiet. We appreciate having the receptionist speak English.

Cons:

The smell in the entryway was way too strong!!

Comfortable. Easy to access from the airport. Local amenities were easy to access once we knew the area. Shuttle bus was fantastic.

Cons:

One receptionist was incredibly rude and patronizing when I asked for local information. I asked for a local ATM or currency exchange. Considering we arrived at 4am and had no wifi because wifi in the room was poor she told me to Google information. She had a poor attitude and zero interest in helping me. All other staff were polite and helpful especially the man that checked us in at 4am.

Habitación amplia y limpia.
Buena temperatura

Cons:

La humedad producida por los conductos de ventilación en el hall del hotel que intentaron ocultar con ambientador. Pero se notaban igualmente, era bastante desagradable cada vez que pasabas por allí.
La cama es mejorables.
Y no me gustó para nada la actitud del encargado del comedor con los camareros, no era la adecuada para estar cara al público.
