Grande chambre - standard d aéroport - réception 24/24

La navette on la réservé à 20h et finalement ça sera 20h30 - prenez de la marge du coup
À l’aller on l’a attendue 35 min

Todo es perfecto los empleados muy amable más de 6 meses con la reselva y siempre se han molestado en que todo este a mi gusto y mi grupo de pesca. Mil gracias.

Cons:

Pues un fallo muy grande hacer esperar más de 1h por un tramfer que no llega y cuando llega lo cogen unos señores de la compañía Air Europa y se cuelan sin hacer fila y exigiendo que ellos tienen prioridad en todo... Me parece muy mal. 🥲🙆🏻

Bad experience , Booking should update it's photos and information
Pros:

The breakfast was good as usual. Location 15mins by the Axor shuttle bus.

Cons:

We have stayed here before and always reserved directly with the hotel a Family Room 387square ft and all was perfect . This time we made the reservation with Booking the same Family Room 387square ft we always booked with the same photos and Axor Barajas. We paid the fee 245€ and to our suprise when we opened the bedroom door, the room was half the size that Booking said on its website. The was a kettle to boil water to make tea or coffee and mo milk. These little things all add up, especially paying 245€ and things aren't as it shows on on Booking. Won't be reserving nothing via Booking again

Pros:

Ya fueron 3 veces que me aloje, es limpio y confortable, solo que las ultimas vez no dejaron amenities y papel higiénico , y no me gusta pedir , normalmente si limpian tendrían que estar limpio y preparado para entrar , y si somos 3 tendrían que tomar más en cuenta
