Wasn’t very clean, stains on carpet and the side of the sofa bed. Bathroom shower could be cleaned better. Wouldn’t stay here again

Everything it needed to be for a quick and easy stop-over.

Good stop over hotel.
Pros:

Staid overnight here, very good hotel, beds very comfy with usual holiday inn extras. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Special mention to the day team reception team and the very nice lady at breakfast.

Very unprofessional staff
Pros:

Spacious room, quiet, breakfast was OK

Cons:

The staff was not professional at all - both their behaviour and looks. Staff wearing untucked shirts, flipflops, slippers..
There was a guy at reception who sat while we talked to him and chewed gum with his mouth open. When I needed to check-out, he let me wait at reception desk 5 minutes, even he noticed me and he turned around and did his inventory of alcohol bottles. I said “hello?” once, he didnt even answer. I said hello for the second time and he said “one minute”, turned his back - then I said the Uber is waiting and we need to check out. So he came, again chewing gum loudly.. did not even ask if everything was OK.I did not like the approach at all and would not stay in this hotel again.

Excellent overnight stay, with everything you need.
Pros:

Friendly, helpful reception staff. Room was a good size, very clean and complete with all facilities. Breakfast was a good selection of continental and hot food, there was plenty available and very tasty
