Everything was okay
The bed is less comfortable
The bed was comfy and the staff were incredibly friendly. Good amount of parking was available
We have an EV, they removed their charging station as they are installing new ones at the other end of the car park, but they weren't yet commissioned meaning I needed to charge off site, though only a short walk.

Nothing flash, nothing fancy, more than met my expectations a d i will gladly stay again.
Only real negative was the chap on the front desk was more interested in having one of his colleagues make him a cup of tea and left me to wander about for 2mins before telling me in needed to use the lift. Other than that, no issues.
Room comfortable but shower and toilet issues with drainage and we let staff know. If there longer would have asked to be moved

Breakfast steamed hot food makes food either soggy or tough but understand the need for keeping hot food hot.

Quite quiet even though close to very busy roads. Beds were very comfortable and breakfast was excellent- plenty of choice and nice and hot too. Staff were helpful and lovely
Not being able to get accessible room as had been double booked - was kindly given a stool for shower cubicle, but too small too assist relative in it so didn’t use it.
Had to go a fair way up road to an island to double back to side of road where hotel was - thankfully we had sat nav as wouldn’t have had a clue where it was as behind a petrol station and a couple of shops.

Breakfast was the only factor that let the experience down.

Nothing left for breakfast, canteen full and lacking in staff. Had 2 coach loads of children staying who were very good but no staff to clear up the mess
