Good Hotel at a Decent Price with Restaurant, Lounge and Bottle Shop
Pros:

The beds were comfy and the pillows were good. Shower had great water pressure and hot water. A/C kept things comfortable. Breakfast was free, continental and decent. Restaurant had good food for a fair price. Happy hour in the lounge was a good time, so was trivia night. Staff was helpful and I have to give them credit for trying even when they couldn't help me.

Cons:

In the week I was gone the washers and dryers had been replaced and went from free to $4 a load each. Wi-fi was only available in the public areas so you had to sit in the restaurant or lounge to access the internet.

Easy access to Coles nearby.
Complimentary breakfast.

Cons:

The room is looking old.
Bathroom could do with a make over. Basin way to big. Had trouble manoeuvring around it.
Toilet made a constant noise.
Complimentary breakfast was very basic and not much of it. Could have had more bread and fruit options.
Noise at night from bar.

Ok if you want a cheap place in a good location but could do with a facelift.
Pros:

Great location, Coles over the road and can walk to Mirima NP, Celebrity Tree park, Splash Park etc.
It was pretty clean considering how old and rundown it is, food in the pub was good and breakfast was adequate. There is a free airport shuttle if you book it.

Cons:

It’s pretty rundown and could do with a reno. Ants in the room, windows broken and duct taped up, lots of broken stuff and dripping taps.
