Still waiting for a refund from december last year as we stayed for christmas as a treat for our kids to wake up on christmas eve, on our stay we got no sleep due to work being done from 3am outside our window, also the next morning the smell of the drains where that bad we had to leave, work men had to un block the drains
Location brilliant breakfast was outstanding and pool and gym big plus
No toliet on floor where bar was had to go downstairs with your key card should have toilets beside bar should not have to use toilets at pool area
Great location, lovely staff. Nice to have a pool in a city centre hotel as well.
Breakfast was quite bland and not a lot of choice.
The duty manager Dave was really friendly and helpful and a credit to your chain. After a late arrival and long drive he not only helped us through check in with offers and help, when our food delivery didn't turn up he ensured we had dinner even though the restaurant had closed. Even with pudding.
Location was superb for a City Centre visit. The staff were brilliant and did more than expected to make our stay a good one. The lady on reception especially during check in.

Room door spy hole broken. You could see in from the outside.
