Perfect, comfortable, kind staff & right in the hub of Liverpool, loved our stay.
Pros:

The staff are lovely, accommodating and kind. Food in the restaurant is fab and the kids loved the swimming pool and the table pool 😁 rooms are comfortable and modern, definitely would revisit! location is amazing, right in the centre ❤️

It was clean and centrally located

Cons:

Our room was opposite the multi storey car park and delivery entrance for home and bargain. We were woken before 5am by a delivery lorry unloading items for the shop the noise was horrendous and continued until 7am when it went quiet 🤬

The only good thing about the property was its location

Cons:

The Pool was Freezing the Food was Horrible the Staff misinformed us constantly not good value for money and the staff tried to enter our room while we were in a state of undress even after we confirmed to them that we were in it
