Noisy and customer is never right
Pros:

Very noisy , no sleep, lots of shouting outside, cars racing up and down the street,. Got served the wrong drink at the bar and told I was wrong even another guest tried my drink and said it was disgustingly bad. Asked for a complaint form but they rather I left feedback on here so here it is. Shame as the breakfast was good here. Won’t stay again and won’t recommend.

One stay stay for mum and daughter time
Pros:

Perfect location, plenty of friendly staff around, lovely relaxed feeling in the restaurant bar area, twin beds were super comfy. Didn't get to try the pool but there will be a next time!

Cons:

No sink in the toilet rm in bedroom was a bit weird as separate to bathroom.

Pros:

Very central hotel , near shops and port and right beside the bus station for transport to the stadium and airport. Staff absolutely lovely very welcoming, pool small but good, breakfast ok

Pros:

Lovely hotel, very clean and pleasant. It's right in the heart of Liverpool City centre

Cons:

We were woken at 6:30 with bin collections and deliveries. There is a large scaffolding outside the window. It was very noisy. I know it can't be helped as it's outside of the hotels control but it was quite loud.

Facilities were excellent, staff really helpful and friendly and an ideal location on Hanover Street

Cons:

The room was really cold, also downside of the great location was it was noisy at street level which you could hear in the room.
