Staff. The gym, pool and bar!
Nothing major, but I think some of the decor needs a bit of attention. Looks like nothing has been touched in 10 years.
Reception staff were amazing.
The overall cleanliness
The property is well located, very clean and good value for money, the food was great also.
The staff for the most part were very friendly and helpful but i must highlight one staff member whom i thought was very rude, i was going to leave it be until my wife on the way home mentioned the same man and said she found him very rude- the barman (bald man with a beard) didn’t get his name but his presence dulled what was otherwise a pleasant experience, we all have off days but this was every day. He was uncomfortable to be around, a very unpleasant man. Other than him all the other staff were unbelievably professional and warm. The hotel was spotless, the food was lovely.

Centrale locatie, vlakbij metrostation en midden in het centrum.
Het hotel is erg gehorig, matige kamers, niet echt schoon. Ziet er nier fris uit. Voor het zwembad moet je reserveren en dan mag je er een half uur in.
The breakfast was overpriced cold and pretty tasteless I didn’t finish mine

Hotel was central and nice staff with a lovely breakfast. The room was spacious and big enough for us 4 but a little dirty in corners? Looked like someone had gotten sick on the carpet and it wasnt cleaned properly... no smell which was good. The price was high but hotel in general is what we expected
