Perfect location and hotel
Pros:

Friendly staff, inform them in prior to check in and check out because they are not available during 11PM to 4PM. The room gets pretty hot - so leave the window open a bit for ventilation. The view from bedroom was so nice. Perfect location and bus availability is one hr once... to eipsee or to City center so plan accordingly..
Loved this place overall and worth the price paid. Also you get welcome card from hotel which covers your bus trips to City or to eipsee multiple times. But going to hotel takes 4.50 euro a ticket per person

Pros:

Good location, comfortable bed. It met our needs for a quick night before a long drive home. The crib was also placed in the room as requested and the room was a good size.

Cons:

The staff did not respond to messages from the Booking app, and through Booking customer service I was unable to get the invoice. There was no staff or signage available at check out in the morning either. There was also a bit of a strange sewage smell in our room the night of the stay but it was otherwise very clean and well kept.

Pros:

Дизайн интерьера напоминает русло горного ручья - водовороты, крутые подъемы и спуски, обкатанные водой камни. И при этом очень уютно и спокойно! Завораживающее ощущение!

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut.
Preis-Leistung ist ok.

Cons:

Die Lage, direkt an den Bahgleisen.
Altes Haus, das noch ziemlich renovierungsbedürftig ist. Zimmertüren und Rahmen teilweise ausgebrochen.
Ein Müllsack stand drei Tage lang auf dem Flur und wurde nicht entsorgt.

Enttäuscht, vor allem über die Gastgeberqualitäten

Toll gelegen, großes Zimmer, renoviertes Bad

Cons:

Service nicht vorhanden, minimalistisch und unfreundlich, keine Gastgeberqualitäten.
Extrem durchgelegene Matratzen. Es riecht im Haus nach Abfluss und muffig. Viel zu warm und man kann die Heizung nicht regulieren, auch nicht auf Anfrage wurde etwas geändert. Im gesamten Haus ist Sauna. Der Griff zur Balkontür ist defekt gewesen, man konnte sie nicht wirklich schließen. Keine wirkliche Ausstattung drin: Wasserkocher, aber nicht mal Teebeutel oder Ähnliches.
Das Hotel war kaum besucht und dennoch haben wir mit das einzige Zimmer bekommen, was überhaupt keinen guten Ausblick hat, wir haben weder Berge noch viel Natur sehen können…

Номер чистый и очень красивый, рядом с Вокзалом, рядом с Магазином, красивый вид на горы.

Cons:

кровати к сожалению были не совсем ровными - матрасы съезжались в центре делая из кровати пик горы
