Pros:

The cleanless was not ok, especially the sink.

Cons:

I like that it is pet-friendly, that is why i put 10 of 10. Such places for people with anymals must live.
The personal was very kind and nice.

Overall satisfied with the stay and won't hold it against the chain on my dislikes (Local issue)
Pros:

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was good. I would have liked to have seen more variety in the breakfast offering.

Cons:

(1) Toilet-Flush handle tight and difficult to operate. Water saving flush is a joke, it fills with water, then slowly goes down requiring multiple flushes to complete (So much for water saving). (2) My room card and my wife's card required multiple resets from the front counter.

Pros:

Breakfast was good and filling.

Cons:

Wasn’t able to split the bill for the room. During the Sturgis rally, people often share a room. It would’ve been better if we could have each paid our respective portion.

L’albergo appare nel complesso datato, la chiave della stanza non apriva e ci volevano vari tentativi prima di aprila. La sicura della stanza per chiudersi dentro era rotta e non abbiamo potuto farlo. Dentro la stanza per fare colazione si congelava, aria condizionata a tutto spiano, siamo dovuti scappare perché non si poteva stare. Per carità, da evitare assolutamente! Un prezzo assurdo per quello che ti offre!
