We were unhappy with the location of the propery and found it difficult to understand the manager's
Pros:

The location of the hotel was accessible off the interstate. The room was satisfying with a comfortable bed.

Cons:

The "breakfast" was very unsatisfactory. A lot of items served were out of the freezer, the juice dispenser was down during our entire stay. Signs were posted in the breakfast room saying no food allowed outside the breakfast room. When we realized the part of "downtown stl " the hotel was located, we decided we didn't want to stay there became we did not feel safe in that area of stl. Since our stay was booked through booking.com , getting a refund for the nights we paid for in advance was at the hotel's discretion. They would not allow any type of refund even if we were to pay for the first night. We explained we didn't feel safe and would not like to stay there. He still wouldn'tbudge. We had booked our room for4 nights and after the third night we checked out and went to a different hotel where we felt safe.

No Help In Sight
Pros:

I stayed for one night passing through town. There was a room of young children allowed to stay unattended in the adjoining room next to me. Their parents were multiple units away. I explained the next morning to the “ Remote desk clerk” that I had to address loud activity as late as 3 AM. He said “oh yes, we had that same issue last night and even the police were called.”

I explained to him they should have removed that illegal allowance for children to stay in a room unattended.

He told me he was sorry that I didn’t get any sleep that night, and that he would be happy to give me a discount on my “ next reservation.” I assured him it was more ideal to get a comp that very same night.

Needless to say, if you have any problems, you are not going to get assistance. There are no live attendants during the evening..

I stood AT the front desk for 45 minutes no one was there I didn't stay there because of the area, and the girl finally showed up at the front desk she was unprofessional The look she gave me if looks could kill I would have been dead.
