Pros:

제주 특유의 감성과 바다가 좋았습니다. 고즈넉한 분위기와 조경이 좋았습니다.

Cons:

여름이라해도 수영장에 미온수 혹은 온수가 제공되지 않아 아쉬웠음. 야외 테라스에서 시간을 보낼 때 모기향이 제공되면 좋았을것 같다. 둘짜날 비가왔는데 객실에 우산이 하나도 없었고, 프론트에서 대여 가능한 우산이 하나도 남지 않았다고해서 아쉬웠음. 체크아웃시 투숙은 편했는지, 아쉬웠던건 없었는지 묻는 매뉴얼이 없어서 아쉬웠음

좋았던기억으로다시찾았지만 ~

공사중이라 지져분하고 잔디가흙과 깍지않아발이빠짐

욕실 이 비좁고 디럭스룸이최악

욕조에서 모래가올라와서 반신욕못함
청소하시는분이 칫솔도변기에 빠트려놓음
티비도 고장나서 잘안나옴
얘기해도개선이안됨 ~

For the price please stay somewhere else.

Hotel grounds were nice. Location is decent and lovely view overlooking the ocean.

Cons:

The Korean style room was old and had multiple issues. The whole room had one small aircon unit at the corner trying to cool the room down. The bathroom door was misaligned and couldn’t open properly once its closed. The bath area had no door and once you take a shower the entire bathroom gets wet so you can’t use the sink or the toilet without getting your feet wet. There’s also a lack of power socket near the bed.

대체로 만족합니다만 몇가지 아쉬운 점이 있습니다.
Pros:

이번에 씨에스호텔을 처음 이용하였는데 객실 상태와 주변 환경이 너무 좋아 편안하게 지내다 왔습니다.
그런데 몇가지 아쉬운점이 객실 바닥이 나무로 되어 있고 오랜되다 보니 실내 슬리퍼를 신고 다닐때 미끄러운 곳이 많아 여러번 넘어질뻔 했습니다. 객실 바닥을 교차하기가 힘들것 같으니 슬리퍼의 바닥이 요철이 있거나 미끄럼 방지 기능이 있는 것으로 개선하는 것이 좋을 것 같습니다.
그리고 대부분의 직원 분들이 손님과 마주하여도 인사를 하지 않고 지나쳤습니다. 이런 부분은 특급 호텔을 지향하는 측면에서 개선이 필요하다고 생각 됩니다.

Great stay near the beach
Pros:

The whole hotel complex was very cozy and huge, the receptionists were very friendly and always helpful, the bed was very big, as was the whole room, and super comfortable.

Cons:

Some of the furniture and equipment in the bathroom seemed at bit aged, a bit used and could benefit from some upgrades or little renovations.
The breakfast was very pricy and our options were pretty scarce already 45 minutes prior the end of the official end.

Les services proposés sont assez limités. Il n’est malheureusement pas possible de prendre une boisson dans les jardins après 20h, ce qui peut restreindre les options de détente en soirée. L’ambiance le soir est plutôt calme, voire un peu vide. Cela dit, le lieu semble particulièrement bien adapté pour l’organisation de mariages ou d'autres réceptions : son cadre s’y prête parfaitement.

Nice location! Ocean view from cafe and restaurants.

Bus 600 Stop in front of the hotel.

Communication in English sometimes difficult. Some information is not translated/ given in English.
Personal taste: For me, the mattress just was not right. Never had such a bad backpain before.
Staff was not that friendly.
Construction side close by-sometimes noise.
No space to put things in the bath room.
