Struttura competitiva e perfetta a Capri
Pros:

Il personale che lavora nell’ hotel, soprattutto alle colazioni e in piscina, è estremamente gentile e simpatico.
La posizione è ottima (anche se la salita da Marina piccola è impegnativa con il caldo). Vicina a marina piccola e vicinissima alla piazzetta e tutte le meraviglie di Capri.
Stanza grande, molto bella, pulitissima e comoda.
Il bagno molto grande sia con la doccia che con la vasca (per l’asciugacapelli più potente basta chiedere).
Colazione buona e varia

Cons:

Nel complesso non c’è assolutamente niente da dire.
Capri è una destinazione con dei prezzi alti in generale.
Il bar dell’hotel ha effettivamente dei prezzi piuttosto alti (ma assolutamente in linea con quelli di Capri). Anche le escursioni e i servizi proposti (taxi, massaggi etc) sono un pó alti e si possono trovare delle opzioni più convenienti.
La zona piscina potrebbe sembrare piccola se la struttura fosse piena e i lettini potrebbero non essere sufficienti per tutti.
L’acqua della piscina è freddissima (ma in estate sicuramente va benissimo).

Not up to our expectation for a hotel in Capri.
Pros:

The property was in a good location for the main shopping area and restaurants. The pool and snack bar area was great. The bedroom terrace had a nice view.

Cons:

The hospitality at the hotel was lacking. Arrival at reception was ok, the porter who ferried our bags too and from the hotel was extremely hardworking and courteous. The welcome at reception was lukewarm. The room wasn’t ready on arrival, but we were advised we could use the pool area and someone would come and let us know when the room was ready - this didn’t happen.

When we finally got into our room, it felt very basic considering that we were on Capri and maybe our expectation was a bit greater. The runner on the end of the bed was stained. The bathroom was very dated, with a handheld shower attachment on the wall over the bath as the main shower. The sealant around the bath had been patched several times. There was a gap between the tiles and the glass shower screen which meant every time we showered, we flooded the bathroom. The flush on the toilet was also excessively loud! There were also no facilities in the room to make a drink, but there was chargeable mini bar. The table on the terrace was dirty, and we managed somehow to lock ourselves out of the room while we were on the terrace… the sliding door locked behind us! Thankfully we managed to call another guest over the balcony to get assistance!

At breakfast, there was no greeting and we had to find our own way of how breakfast operated. There was a good selection of choice at breakfast.

We arrived back one evening after dinner in the town expecting to be able to get a cocktail or a coffee from the bar in the hotel but everything was shut and this was only 9.30pm!

On checking out there was no “did you enjoy your stay” or “thank you for staying with us”. We booked an early taxi to take us down to the port to catch the ferry across to Naples. Without notice, the time of the taxi was changed, which caused us some anxiety in terms of timings, but we did manage to get the ferry okay.

The cost of the hotel arranging a transfer from the port to the hotel, was excessive!

Capri:Hotel Della Marina Piccola & Bar Europa & Cafe Caso ist einfach herrlich schön :))
Pros:

Wir waren das 2. Mal im Hotel & es ist wahnsinnig schön, wenn es fast keinen Wechsel im Personal gibt.
Das Frühstück ist köstlich & sehr reichhaltig. Den Nachmittag am Pool zur Erholung genießen mit den nettesten Bartendern Kris & Francesco die jeden Wunsch sofort erfüllen.
Capri ist meine Lieblingsinsel ... Wir kommen wieder :))

Cons:

Wir hatten keine Beanstandungen. Alles ist so wie wir es uns wünschen :))

- مشكلة في باب الفندق صعب جدا فتحة.
- النظافة.
- مدخل الغرفة الثاني شبة مقفل و يفتح على سيب خدمات.
- اتفاجاء عند التنظيف يزيلون مناشف الإضافية و مناشف الأرضية.
- ارسلو لي سعر الاستقبال من الميناء بمبلغ معين و عند الدفع تفاجأت بمبلغ آخر.
- مقابل السعر غالي جدا.
- النظافة سيئة
- يقومون بتنفيذ أعمال في البلكونة الخاصة بي في الصباح دون إشعار مسبق !

Cons:

Lo staff ripetutamente ci ha chiesto il numero di stanza per addebitare gli extra.
Ho trovato fuori luogo addebitare il pancake o le uova al tegamino come supplemento al breakfast.
Suggerisco un fondo casa per poter dare il resto: al checkout l’addetta alla reception non aveva il resto sufficiente. Sinceramente, visto l’importo pagato, mi aspettavo un servizio adeguato che non ho trovato.

Wonderful stay with excellent staff, breakfast, and location.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent and very convenient, making everything much easier during my trip. The reception staff were always very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The breakfast was excellent, with great variety and quality, and the room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

I will definitely come back again to this hotel.
Pros:

Hotel has a nice swimming pool and beautiful view. It’s a very quiet area and hotel is very cozy and with good food on the breakfast. Hotel is a very nice area next to town with all restaurants and shops. Staff was so friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Hotel doesn’t have a dinner, you need to go out to town to eat every day.
