Clean and convenient.
Breakfast was very good
Phone didnt work, Ac had a digit out so could not tell if it was 50, 60 ,70 or 80 and TV kept buffering. Breakfast was ok and the roof leaked and the stains were still present.
It's a convenient location, the staff is very friendly, and the rooms are big and cozy. We have stayed there twice now, and every time that we come into town we will stay here. Thanks
Terri K.
The room needed some attention. Shower had something fall off the wall at some point and tore wall paper and drywall out there was a spot on the wall behind sofa that was missing paint a drywall, and next to the aircondioner there was a place that looked rough. Concrete and bricks were crumbling.
Front desk guy was less than friendly.
Our keys to room didn’t work well? I think it might have been the lock on handle.
Say check in, for only staff, great room and breakfast was fine.
Bugs on the floor in kitchen eating area
The back door lock didn’t work with the key cards. Our key cards rarely worked to our room. The room had a musty odor. Otherwise, all was good.
Room was clean and spacious with lots of stoarge for luggage. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Check in was fast and the clerk was very friendly. Good value for a room that accommodated our party of 3 adults and 2 kids. We would stay again.
Everything went great, although as someone that arrived at night and the sign is not working it was super hard to find how to get to the front.
The shower wall had long hair all over it and the shower knob was broken.
The staff was very helpful and friendly!
Close to highway yet quiet and private. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It waa walkable to restaurants and stores like Target, Walmart and Sams Club. Would stay again.
They didn’t have staff that were able to correct some issues.
They didn’t put our three rooms together as requested, and told me that they could do that. They didn’t even put us on the same floor.
The hotel grounds were littered with trash. When I took my pet out for exercise and to relieve himself on Sunday morning, he chewed something in the grass area and got a cut that required stitches.
I don’t think we will stay at this hotel again even though we visit Salina every other month.
The lighting at night is difficult to see the hotel. The grounds could use some maintenance.
My son found blood on thd roll away bed. It looked like there was moisture coming down the wall of the stairwell.
Stayed here on our way to Colorado. Front desk personnel were very kind. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast area was very clean and breakfast was great! Will definitely stay here again when in the area.
My family and I have stayed at this property for several years. It is definitely in need of updates and repairs. Overall, it was clean, but is looking very run down. Carpet in our room was worn. Sofa very saggy and loose. Only one person staffed in the morning to manage checkouts and breakfast. Breakfast left a lot to be desired; stale biscuits/bread products, empty fruit bowls, gravy that appeared to be reheated from previous days. At check out I had a list of things needing maintenance attention in our room. Overall, I would return to this property again, just because it is convienent for our needs when in Salina KS. Hopefully though, there are updates on the horizon.
My mom picked a very nice place for me to stay. Remeber people, you get what you pay for. Definitely worth it. Will stay again.
The room was spacious--however, the shear curtains were torn, and the bathroom sink was missing its stopper. Otherwise, very comfortable.
