Great skiing lodge- ski in/out to slopes. Restaurant served excellent food however it was the only option available during our stay (end of March) and it was expensive and really not suitable for very young children. Also only one shop open with limited food options. Not so great for very small children- we could have purchased supplies to bring in if we had known. Ability to go to other parts of resort limited at this time in the season, Staff were very helpful.
We found our stay uneventful. I have stayed at this hotel 4 times over the years and it doesn’t change so it is quite dated. There are new doonas on the beds but they are too thick for the heated room. Also, no descent lounge areas for relaxation. But, the hotel has a fantastic location and dining room.
Spent 4 nights and was very satisfied with my stay. The breakfast and dinners were buffet style in a large cafeteria, with a very nice selection of different options each day. The semi-enclosed hot bath (gender segregated) was nice, though the view is restricted only to the very top of the tree line. The ski rental shop staff were very friendly and helpful, and the the facilities were nice. The ramen restaurant was great!
Apart from the bath, there was really nothing to do, since the hotel is isolated, but that was to be expected. My only criticism is that there was no gym, which would give people another option to pass the time.
Clean and lively with great Onsen. Right on the ski slopes.
A bit over priced, no place to really relax and lounge around apart from the bar which did not have comfy seating vs the lounge areas in many of the other local hotels. On snow access is good and easy access with their bus to the other local

We visited the hotel for a ski trip and loved it all! All three buildings are ski in / ski out, have rental equipment and lift tickets available on site, and provide a great launching pad for a great ski experience. We stayed in the west tower and enjoyed the onsen and multiple on-site restaurants. Would definitely stay again!
Very simple slopeside hotel. Perfect for focusing on skiing.
Quarto espaçoso e muito funcional.
Central location. Ski in, ski out. No lounge to hang out. Apre nonexistent. Huge industrial dining hall.
Property has a Soviet era, industrial feel. Very dated. Functional and clean but way overpriced for what you get. Somewhat isolated with limited food options, though what we had was quite good. No ambience.
30年前にいつか泊まると思ってたプリンス東館に家族5人で利用させていただきました。スキーインスキーアウトはやはり便利で、夕食のハーフビュッフェもとてもよかったです。
Rooms were clean, staff was helpful, location is good. Over all experience was good. Only suggestion is it would be helpful if travellers are provided with shuttle service from bus stop to hotel. Though the distance is less, with thick snow, carrying heavy luggage is extremely difficult. Also request to add some vegetarian food options.
Great location at the bottom of the mountain next to the quad chairlift. Rentals & dining on site.
Paid for “half board” and certainly got my moneys worth.
Have stayed here before and will definitely be back.
宿泊施設は、古いが十分なメンテがなされている。
ベッドが、少々狭い。
もう少し部屋が広かったら良かった
stayed in east wing, better than i had originally expected. food was good and hotel was right next to the ski lift, perfect
Great ski-in/ski-out, but visit during peak season. We stayed during spring break and most restaurants were closed or closed supremely early. Rentals on site. Rooms were nice; maybe byo pillow.
It’s really weird to change the shower room’s towels just for guests with over 4 nights staying. Even the toothpaste too :(
